Quicksilver Recenzje 

Het retourneren naar Quicksilver is echt een drama. Je stuurt voor 400 euro aan spullen terug en vervolgens is het één groot zwart gat. Je krijgt een vage track en trace van DHL die op enig moment stopt. Via de klantenservice krijg je alleen een nutteloos automatisch antwoord. Bestel hier niet tenzij je graag in onzekerheid zit of je uberhaupt geld retour krijgt.

Retour moet naar Frankrijk(!). Mijn pakket is kwijt en de klantenservice is per telefoon niet bereikbaar. Je hangt oneindig lang in de wacht en dan wordt de verbinding verbroken. Op het contactformulier krijg je een automatisch bericht en dan niks meer. Niets bestellen hier!!

Received order 1 week later than rest of order and when shorts arrived they were 2 sizes smaller than ordered. Size ordered now out of stock. Ridiculous the small size was sent as I now have to return and wait 2 weeks for a refund. Very poor service.

Quicksilver rekent torenhoge kosten voor een retour. In mijn geval €13,95. Dit is alleen te vermijden door lid te worden van hun loyalty programma. Quicksilver informeert je over het retourproces in hun voorwaarden, maar er is geen waarschuwing tijdens order inleg. Schandalig dat je als klant je persoonlijke gegevens bij een bedrijf moet registreren om gebruik te maken van een middeleeuws retourbeleid.

I love the quick silver brand and especially the amphibian shorts. Great for summer. Keep up the great work!

Ridiculously bad customer support. A quicksilver shirt developed holes after 5 washes and very limited wear. It took support 1 month to respond, and their response was 1 line: We can't help as it's not a problem with the product!

I was so impressed by the guys that helped me move.
They worked so hard and never once complained
They were extremely friendly but also professional.
I can highly recommend them and whilst I hope I’ll never move again I would definitely use them again.
5 star service.

Order not received can’t cancel it either company doesn’t answer emails, customer service is shocking and only replies receive are generic automated ones! So don’t waste your time ordering from this company, can’t believe such poor service from such a big brand!

Wish I would have read reviews before purchasing! Bought a new Hoodie in the sale along with a hat so I didn't pay delivery. Refunded me half the amount without telling me then delivered just the hat. Emailed customer service about it still absolutely no response. Terrible customer service for such a massive company

Horrible customer service.
My parcel was left outside and was stolen. Not quicksilver fault, but the courier.
However, I've been trying for weeks to get a refund and they just keep replying that I should ask my neighbours where it is .
They just don't care. Avoid.

Surfers and skate boarders brand that is never out of trend. Their clothes is stylish and is always a mark to show what your style is and what you represent.

Retuned goods still not refunded, no replies to emails.

Love the clothes, but the customer service is horrendous and non existent! Still asking for a reply but still nothing nearly 2 weeks later.

I don't know where to start, a complete mess!
DO NOT purchase from them, they sent me someone else's order and now they want me to go out my way to return items that do not belong to me!
And to top it off they say they can't track my order so i will never receive what i ordered in the first place, shambles.

Kauft dort nicht ein falls ihr eine Retoure habt bekommt ihr das Geld einfach nicht zurück und niemand den man kontaktieren kann!

Non-existant customer service. Do not order anything from them. My delivery did turn up after 4 weeks waiting but sizing was all wrong so returned for a refund. That was 6 weeks ago!!! no responses to my emails and customer service phone line cuts you off once you have listened to their selection options. AVOID! Wish I had read the reviews first.

OMG wished i read the review before buying! my backpack took weeks to come but came with a zipper head missing on side pocket so can't be used, am trying to get a replacement or refund, am fearing for the worst...

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN
Spent nearly £200 on Quicksilver products. Over a month and no delivery. Got in touch with courier to be told the parcel had been lost and I needed to contact the merchant. No number available, only a bot to respond to their online customer service form, which responded with unhelpful information. It's bee 6 weeks and no one has contacted me so I have apparently lost my money. I am in the process of raising a dispute with my bank. SHOCKING for such a giant international company.
