Rhiannon was amazing! She worked so so hard to make sure we got our mortgage offer and she was so determined in doing so. She was in contact with us more or less everyday, updating us on any progress and any actions we had to take. Spoke with Steve on the phone and went through all info required and he got everything sorted really quickly and efficient however he left quite sudden. Hollie and Matt took over and nothing was to much trouble both really helpful and got everything completed for us.
