Satisfied but not 100%satisfied.
Happy with purchase item look great in person. My only problem is the clasp not in 18karat i understand it being gold plated metal for durability but it should have been disclosed to buyers.
Upon using magnet to test if it get magnetized the clasp moved and attached itself. No precious metal do that.

The clasp on the chain has a 22K or 916 Hallmark stamp which denotes to the purity of the item as 91.6% solid gold, which is what we are advertising.
This is displayed and disclosed on the website throughout all of the item pages and product descriptions.
We do not deal in gold plated or 18 karat items.
We ONLY deal in 22 karat solid gold items.
