Ordered a 22k rope chain, and I must say, definitely what I expected.. Very responsive team, answered my questions through chat anytime I had them. "Business hours of course". Will definitely be getting another chain very soon. Just really wish some of the "our of stock" options were available. But overall great, took 2 days to get to me.

I spend good amount of money with them and what I got is so trashy stuff. When I asked to return they said I'd have to pay 10% restocking fees unbelievable.
Pls everyone if you want to buy something real and not to get ripped off by liars pls look for somewhere else. They're liars and thugs

What an unpleasant surprise!All I can say is, please don't receive anything from these thieves. These jerks pretend that nothing is wrong with their cheap items while lying and stealing your money. Furthermore, nothing in their five-star reviews is genuine; they are all lies from their own personnel. Mmmmm

I am quite dissatisfied with this location. I ordered a ring and a necklace set from them, spent about three grand, waited six days for my items to come, and everything was incorrect. When I tried to return the items, they claimed I would have to pay them $300 to get my money back. I can't get my money back and am now stuck with cheap garbage. Do yourself a favor and protect yourself from liars such as them.
