Hart Melting Scents

This company is absolutely amazing, the wax melts and soaps and everything smell absolutely amazing couldn’t be any happier with them, I would recommend this company to anyone I can
fast delivery and amazing product you can tell alot of hard work went into everything you order,
I ordered a cardigan & booties and they are perfect it’s crazy to think this company hand made these items they are amazing,

If I could give a thousand stars I would definitely give the whole thousand stars,

If your thinking about using this website I strongly advise ordering from them there products will change everything me and my house smell amazing

My order was as described,
Everything was good quality the only problem I found was the packaging for delivery, as this was a present for 2 separate people I had to sort them out myself digging into a huge box.
Then checking the items I had ordered against the website. I'm not saying they should of been sent separately but maybe packaged separately in the box. Cause I also nearly lost a item when emptying the box into the bin. Was only candles.

Loved all my scents and come on time would 100% recommend this company

Amazing service and products as always. My house has never smelt so good, I will not be buying with any other company for household fragrances. Everything is packaged well and arrives in excellent condition. You can tell each item is made with thought and love and nothing is sent out below an excellent standard. I highly recommend queenbeegifts to everyone who asks how my house smells so amazing.

Brilliant company, as an asthmatic finding items that don’t flare my asthma up is quite hard but they were so accommodating and helped find items that would I would be able to use. 10/10 and will one million percent be buying from them again!!!

The mystery boxes I ordered were brilliant. Included a soap sponge which I've now been able to try out and it's really nice and convenient! I ordered 3 mystery boxes and have split the products between myself and family to introduce them to the brand. If you are a first-time buyer on a budget get a mystery box! It gives you a good flavour of what these guys do!

Was not expecting as much as I got in my mystery box , absolutely in love with every thing and every scent ❤️ Will be ordering again very soon

I’ve ordered a few times and love the range of products. Have ordered the ultimate hamper a couple of times now and before everything had been perfect but this time the box was ripped on delivery that the post man had to hand me it upside down, the rock salts and carpet freshener seem to have shrunk to tiny bags, the rock salts itself was wet with oil still in the bag and smelled very strong like it had be rushed or not been given time to dry before my order was sent out and I can’t use them and the snap bars seem to run out of smells twice as fast as they use to. It use to be a bargain at £35 and I understand the cost have gone up but after my order this time I’m not sure I’ll get it again.

My first order was delivered as I expected and in quick time aswell the box was well packaged and I will be definitely be ordering again

Not only are the items High quality but they are packaged with love and care. Customer service is impeccable and their friendly manner makes buying from this small business even more enjoyable.
