The jersey that you ordered (QT-2), fits smaller than other jerseys. This is clearly written on the product page. We recommend ordering two sizes up, or checking the size chart for accurate measurements. It's unfortune that you didn't see this message on our website, therefore, we offered you a gift card to order a new jersey in the correct size. Unforuntately, we didn't get a response from you yet.

We are sorry that you didn't get to experience the quality of our products. Sometimes, it can happen that a print is not printed long enough. This is very exceptional, but it can happen sometimes.
When this happens, you can always contact us for a refund! Please send some evidence and we will refund the order or send you a gift card so that you can buy a new item.
Also, be sure to take a close look to the care label. Our prints can't be washed too hot (max 30°C) and you should avoid putting it in the dryer.
Our customer service will contact you to solve this issue. You still deserve to experience our quality!
