Extremely poor service
I wish there are any possible negative rating as well, i have ordered by RO system water filters on 31st Jan and paid for mail delivery as well, Quality home product sent them on 6th Feb and they have sent it to wrong address and now the package is stuck at USPS and Quality products team asking me to follow up with USPS , when i checked with them they said sender will need to intercept the package and that has additional cost as well. I tried to reach out to quality team but the response i am getting is dispatch manager would need to check that and they disconnect the call, i have been trying to reach out manager since last 1 week and still no response its more than 3 weeks after paying delivery and still there is no movement in delivery of the product, pathetic service i will never recommend this company to any of my friends and family and in turn their friends and families too!! total waste of time and money!!
