I bought a dress which was bad sized…
I bought a dress which was bad sized and even paid for the delivery. When I wanted to return it they said we have to pay postage to return it. So I basically lost £12 in shipping. I'm not happy about that at all. If I paid for delivery the least they could do was offer free returns.

Firstly, I'm very sorry to read how you feel. We never want a customer to feel taken advantage of. I've taken a look at your order and you have not returned the dress to us as of yet.
I'm not sure if you're aware, but ALL online retailers must refund not only the cost of the garment but any postage paid when sending the item to you. (Not many people know this).
Therefore, we always refund not only the cost of the garment but the postage you paid to receive the item. We do offer free shipping when you spend over £20 however as the garment was only £15.95 you did need to cover the outbound postage (but as I said you will be refunded this when you return the item).
When a customer returns an item for a refund, the cost of the return postage is generally covered by the buyer. This tends to be standard across all but the very largest retailers.
Finally, just to be clear, if you do send the item back to us, you will receive a refund for the garment £15.95 and the £2.95 shipping charge.
All of this is written in our delivery FAQ's.
I hope this gives you some reassurance that you will not be out of pocket apart from 1 return postage cost.

Dear Jennifer, we have contacted you direct as we have not received a return from you and therefore are concerned that your parcel may have been lost in transit. We request that you finf your tracking information and follow this up ASAP so we can locate any return you may have sent.

The trousers I received fit well and are extremely comfortable. I also appreciated your understanding when 2 pairs had been ordered in error and made it easy for me to be able to return the other pair and be refunded.

Machining error spoiled lovely tunic
I think the garment was seconds. There was a machining error and the brand label had been cut out, presumably by the manufacturer, as it was definitely theirs. It was cheap but not described as seconds, therefore I've marked them down.
Delivery wasn't particularly fast either.

We just would like to clarify some of the comments.
On the description of our items, it clearly states that "This is a brand new garment but the original labels will either be removed or black penned to obscure the original brand. This is in line with UK resale laws and does not affect the quality, wearability or performance of the garment". We believe it shouldn't be a surprise to the customers.
Let us reassure you that all of our products are 100% Genuine and not inferior seconds. We work closely with factories and retailers to ensure that we only sell high-quality genuine goods.
Regarding the delivery, the order was placed on a Friday night after 9:00 p.m. (our business hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm), and it was passed the cut of hours, therefore your parcel was dispatched on the following business day - Monday. The parcel took an average estimated time of 2-3 days to arrive to you.
All that information is already on our website.
We are sorry to hear that your overall experience wasn't as pleasant as you expected and for any misunderstanding in the communication we provided online.
