I love QBS! I don’t have any issues with any of their products- I love the lash glue and primer and I also use the qbs pigments for powder brows.

We tried to contact you several times regarding your order as the tracking from our courier company stated that your order has been delivered 7 days after you made your purchase. I just wanted to clarify that normally we promise 10-14 working days to get our orders from our warehouse in UK to the USA, thus on this occasion your order was delivered on time.
However, I wasn't able to reach you via email or phone number hence I am unsure if this review was made by mistake or your order was delivered to the wrong address by mistake. As you know, we have sent a replacement eyelash adhesive as soon as we became aware of this problem and it should have reached you by now.
We always take care when preparing customer orders and add extra protection layers to make sure goods arrive in pristine condition. Unfortunately, on very rare occasions, parcels do get damaged during the transportation process, but as with this case we acted swiftly to make sure you receive a replacement glue ASAP.
