Dear Laila,
Thank you your feedback and I am pleased to hear you enjoyed the product you received.
However, I sincerely apologize for the fact your order took longer than expected to arrive. Postal services around the world are experiencing severe delays during global pandemic caused by the Covid19, however I can assure you we are doing our best to send customer orders as quick as we can. We have even extended our working hours in order to make sure all customer orders are sent out the same day they make the purchase.
I hope this has not caused too much inconvenience to you and we are looking forward seeing you again at our store Xx
Kindest regards

Very fast delivery
Very fast delivery, very good product set, very reasonably priced. Only uncertainty is the quality of the lashes, as it states they are mink, but are not as soft as I expected. Overall very good kit.

Good afternoon,
Thank you so much for taking your time leaving this review. I am really pleased to hear you were happy with the speed of your delivery as well as the value of the products.
Just to clarify, we use synthetic faux mink for our lashes, hence it does state "Mink" on our Loventure lashes. Please contact us directly and I would be happy to suggest you other products that might be better suited to your needs. We stock Mink & Silk lashes with various degrees of softness, hence should you require more softer lashes I would be more than happy to advise you which ones to select :)
Kindest regards

Dear Denise,
Thank you for your honest feedback.
I sincerely apologize your order was delayed for 2 additional days. Delivery company has confirmed your order has been delivered and I hope you liked your products.
Unfortunately, due to the global pandemic caused by the outbreak of COVID19 most of the postal services around the world are experiencing severe delays. We are doing our best to make sure our customers receive their products on time by extending our working hours to ensure all orders are dispatched the same day.
Once again, we apologize about the fact there was a minor delay with your order.
Kindest regards
