Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from Ben and Emma from start to finish. Our application was not a straightforward one for them to handle but they kept us informed at every step and went above and beyond to get us over the line.

Definitely recommend for stress free mortgage application
Dan and Kirsty have been fantastic throughout the mortgage application process.
Dan was brilliant with the initial application, made things very easy for us and eliminated a lot of stress, got us a great deal and was very thorough with everything that was happening.
Kirsty was a great support through the latter end of the process and following completion, she kept in touch with us and supported us with solicitors when they were a nightmare!
Both very friendly and nothing too much trouble so thank you very much for making a very stressful time less stressful so I would have 100% recommend them both,

Couldn't have done it without them
When noone else could find me a lender - including my own mortgage advisor - Simon was my last hope and he delivered. He went above and beyond to help me and and answered all of my many questions. Nothing was too much trouble and I was kept updated every step of the way. Without Simon and his team, I wouldn't be in a position to rent out my property. Need a complex mortgage? They got this!
Excellent work by Simon, Kirsty and Harrison to arrange two complex mortgages to a tight deadline. The rates and terms they got for us were far better than we could have got without them. Prompt and clear communication from a friendly team who work hard and know their stuff. I would recommend them and will be using them again.

Ben and Andrea have helped us with multiple mortgages and have been wonderful every time!! Efficient, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble! Andrea’s regular updates through the process have been much appreciated, knowing that everything is being kept on track. Second time using Q, brilliant service by all
