As a Practice Manager, I find this service extremely helpful. I receive regular updates on how many people have accessed the website, and I can also see who accessed it and when, which is very useful for monitoring.
All policies are detailed and easy to understand for all staff members. If you have any queries, they are answered and resolved in a timely manner, and you are kept informed of the process throughout.
In summary, this is a very helpful and easy-to-navigate service for GP surgeries, and I would highly recommend it.

I called the customer experience team with a query as we are new to QCS and Christopher was great at explaining what i needed to do and also followed up in an email what we had discussed and attached guidelines.
