I was tricked into being on a subscription by this company, it doesn’t show on your account so you have no idea you are on it. They sell it to you as a bundle to try and make it sound like a one off but then put you onto a subscription you didn’t ask for. Will be avoiding in future as it’s pricey for what it is

Good selection of puzzles. I would give 5 stars if there were more competitions to enter.

I love doing the super hanjie puzzles & used to get them from newsagents when I could but they were never always available. Since subscribing i get it every month without fail delivered to my home. Thanks

I tried to take out a super hanjie subscription via their website but the check out kept failing. So instead I ordered a few editions individually not realising they were downloads only.
When I did realise I wrote to them to cancel and to subscribe instead. Not only did they refuse to refund me, but the download links don't work either and when I phoned they couldn't guarantee when the links would work. And still refused to refund me. Very very poor customer service.

I have the Logic puzzles delivered once a month and have been for a couple of years now. Always on time and excellent puzzles.

This has been a 6 month nightmare. I ordered Q Code Words on September 16, 2015 and as of today,April 22 , I have only received 2 issues. I have been in contact with your people monthly. The last issue I received was January 26, my birthday.

Perfect Puzzle book and no need to go out to purchase it with the subscription plus it's cheaper to buy and free postage!

I love receiving my Puzzler magazine e every month. I've aways loved doing crosswords & codewords, another fav is cross Quiz it really gives the brain a workout. It's nice having it delivered as I can't always get to the shop. Best of all you can check your answers when you've finished a puzzle.

I love receiving my Puzzler Collection without having to search for it in the shops. I enjoy doing the competitions and try to remember to submit them! Having a subscription makes life so much simpler.

Love Kakuro and often can’t get it through shops so subscription is ideal

Great puzzles with varying levels of difficulty.

I really look forward to the monthly delivery of Killer. The March one was a few days late and I missed it enormously. It helps me keep my brain active and also provides a meditative way of winding down before I go to sleep.

Easy to order and is delivered promptly each month

Excellent puzzle books, and quick, easy subscription process.
A wide range of different books, so simple to find your favourites, but also a great range with plenty of different puzzles, so you can have variety and / or try new types.
The pocket puzzle books are wonderful to pop in a handbag or rucksack for travelling / passing time whilst waiting for appointment.
I also changed my mind about 1 of my subscriptions (pocket wordsearches) but wanted to replace it with a different subscription (sugaru) and the customer service agent I spoke to was very helpful.

Codewords, Kriss Kross, Puzzle Compendium, Puzzler, Wordsearch , all keep me sane. And I learn so much History from the Wordsearches especially. Not sure what I would do without them.
