Was scammed by this company. I recommend filing a complaint against this company with the US Federal Trade Commission. This company's location in Sheridan, WY is fake as well.

As others have said, and too bad I did not check here first, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Garbage product, so thin, baggy legs when they are supposed to be skinny leggings. I still have not received the rest of my order and it has been nearly 2 months. There is no customer service phone number. I've asked for a refund multiple times on email, (the only way I know of to communicate with them). They do not allow refunds! This is on online company. Part of the trust of buying online is that you can always return for any reason. I am reporting them to the Better Businesss Bureau and anywhere else I hear of. Has anyone gotten them to refund your money? I get the same message each time even though I've asked to escalate to the owner or highest management. They don't get back to you for a very long time even in email. I've never had an experience like this. OUTRAGEOUS!

Garbage products. I ordered months ago and they finally show up last week. They are too big and loose and the fabric is super thin and doesn’t stretch or feel like an athletic material. The tags say made in china. I dont trust that they are really bamboo fabric. No way to return them or get a refund. Wish i had checked the reviews before ordering. Why do these fraudulent companies keep getting their ads on Facebook and Instagram!?!?

I’ve had a terrible experience with pure woven similar to many. I received 3 sets with all three leggings looking nothing like what is advertised. I have attempted to return and get a refund but the company has refused. Now I am trying to dispute it with chase but they are saying I need a letter from a third party manufacturer that states pure woven is fraudulent, but I have no clue how to find that third party that pure woven is copying/ stealing pictures of product from. If anybody has any advice or know what company I can contact I would really appreciate it I need my money back

Fraud company. won't respond to my email as to why my order has not shipped. thankfully I only made one payment. Disputing it rn. I ordered April 4 and my order still has NOT SHIPPED. They won't receive another cent from me. PURE GARBAGE 🗑

If I could give negative stars I would! Worst company I can recall ever dealing with! The product is atrocious. It looks awful! And it isn't a size issue. When I asked about a refund they have hounded me repeatedly on a reason, and avoided answering me about a refund. After multiple very clear request for a refund they offered me a free replacement product. When I again asked for a refund they again asked for my reason. So I finally gave them my reason(which shouldn't matter, as long as they haven't been worn) and then they again tell me they won't refund me just send me a replacement. Nor will they cancel the undergarments I ordered that haven't even shipped yet. Don't waste your money! These are not the natural clothing products your looking for! I intend to start contacting any agencies I can to see what can be done

Customer service refuses to provide return information - claims you asked for an exchange even when the email chain shows you didn't - and then they don't even send the exchange product (2 months and counting). Still fighting to try and get the money back.

Such a scam that they won’t let you return the leggings for a refund if they don’t fit you right. They only offer a one time exchange but in the time I first ordered the original leggings (which were a horrible fit - way too small and way too short) to the time I received the exchange (which took months), they had changed the leggings to “version 2” which were then way too big! From the first order, ordering a XS which I usually am, I upsized x2 to a medium given the first XS size was sooo small, but then the medium that came in the version 2 which is a completely different fit and fabric and everything, I was swimming in the medium.

I emailed them then asking for a size down so I could actually wear the leggings I bought and they said we already sent you a replacement once. So now nothing can be done.

Such a joke. So now I’ve paid for a pair of leggings that are a horrible fit and way too small, and a pair of leggings that is a totally different fit that I’m swimming in… This company needs to be shut down or made to stop scamming people.

Scammers don’t let them fool you they won’t let you return for refund even if you havent worn them ,with in the 30days which I emailed them 10 min after I received my order . They also won’t let me leave a 1 or 2 star review if it’s bad This is there return policy 30 days unworn in original packaging…but they won’t let you return for refund only exchange also can look up on google pure woven reviews you will see they have a lot of upset customers . I am sure the reviews that are good are fake positive they are. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE GASLIGHTERS

Would not refund because they did not think false advertising was a reason to return. Horrible customer service when I told them their product was not 100% bamboo because the thread used for seams was not - I am allergic so I know…. They repeatedly told me I could exchange (at least 7-9 emails). Which makes no sense if I can’t wear it. In the end I gave to resale charity. No surprise they don’t allow anyone to rate the product on their website

I received my leggings from Pure Woven to discover that they are see-through and fit awful! They asked for pictures of myself in the leggings to prove that they are see through. I managed to get a photo of a pattern under the leggings at my knee to show and still they said that the leggings were not considered “defective” so I could not return them. After battling back and forth through email for over a month and still not getting anywhere I contacted my bank, submitted all emails and filed a dispute on the charge. Within one day they refunded me the money. Awful customer service and horrible product!

I am pregnant and ordered a large. Delivery and sending out the order has taken so long, the leggings and size will now imminently have no use to me as I am about to give birth. Despite also having a limited budget and asking to cancel my order after an extended delay in them providing any feedback, customer service truly don’t care. They barely respond and don’t offer any real insight. As a result I’ve remained in PFA ridden leggings. Just don’t go there.

If I could give this company 0 stars I really would. I got the leggings in the post, tried them on and the fabric is so bad… it feels like a pair of leggings that was not made sustainably - it feels like plastic stretchy fabric. The worst.

So I have asked for a refund and they refuse to give it to me!!!! They said to choose another item free of charge 😭. I feel scammed I really do, I keep asking for a refund and they keep sending me the same e-mail.

I have literally wasted £50…

I have never written a review here before, but this has been my WORST EVER experience ordering anything at all online. My original order was placed on 11/26/24, and I just received my order in the first week of April—more than 4 months later… and it’s still WRONG! Wrong size, wrong color, no response from customer service when I emailed to ask for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs!

ZERO STARS. Stay away from this company. It took over a month to receive my order and when I did my $80. Underwear weren't in with the rest of the order. I sent an email right away, they replied saying that they would look into it. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them and they won't answer my emails.
Also the sports bra and leggings that I receive are very cheaply made.
Definitely not worth the money.

These are the most ill fitting leggings. They pinch in every location where there is stitching, but yet baggy everywhere else. Also, when you squat down and stand back up the leggings move so much you need to pulling them waaay up!An overall defective fit. I tried to return them, but they refuse to refund me. Really unhappy with this company overall and would never purchase or recommend them to a single soul.

Never again. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Terrible customer service! I paid for 2 pair bamboo leggings. They took a long time to arrive, and were thin and did not fit well. I contacted customer service right away to return them, only to have them refuse to return or refund them. Only an offer to send more product, which is clearly very poorly made. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering! Turns out that basically everyone is having a terrible time with their poorly made products, no refund policy, and terrible customer (non) service. I plan to file a Better Business Bureau complaint.

My leggings took much longer to arrive than expected. Trying to reach customer service was very difficult (took weeks and multiple emails) and my questions were not sincerely answered. After receiving the leggings, they fit horribly and wanted to return. Unfortunately they do not accept returns, unless it was damaged or it was never received. They are sending me a “new and improved” version of my leggings as a replacement, but my expectations are low. I wish I read the reviews of this company before making a purchase. I do not recommend any of their products.
