I keep taking their surveys and when I get to the end the screen freezes. I cannot get out of the screen so I have to x out. By doing so I do not get any points. Of all the report issues I submit 90% are from them. Worthless company.

This company should be banned from all survey sites. They will put you through an entire survey and then send you to a page that says, “uh oh- something went wrong.” they never pay out, they are absolutely dishonest and have no place in legitimate surveys. If you are on a survey panel and you start a survey and you see spectrum in the URL, I recommend you close it out immediately to avoid getting cheated.

Fake and unethical Survey's. I spent 15 minutes answering the Questions and suddenly got thrown out. Asking about Baby food without asking the Person if he even has children at all. Not recommended. You're just wasting your time for nothing

Scam site I do other surveys on Topsurveys but every single one provided by Pure Spectrum let's you get so far then disqualifies you instead of being taken back to Topsurveys that most other providers do they constantly redirect to another then another survey until what was meant to be 5 minutes for 10p end up being 30 mins for 5 p Scummy site needs shutting down.

Outrageous: Harvesting data and then disqualifying.
I can only warn people about this provider. You are lured in as a participant, invest minutes of your lifetime in the surveys, and in the end, you are excluded anyway. It feels as if the answers up to the point of exclusion are used anyway, while you yourself end up empty-handed. The sampling management is a complete disaster, and quality assurance here comes entirely at the expense of the users. Never again!

Purespectrum is often the distributor for panelist surveys, and their system seems to increasingly provide false information upfront regarding the duration—only to redirect users to surveys that are more profitable for them but take significantly longer than initially stated. This happens across multiple platforms, given that they are involved almost everywhere.

Erst einmal ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass ich nicht direkt bei PureSpectrum registriert bin, sondern PureSpectrum als Vermittler von Umfragen fungiert, über die Portale Swagbucks, PrimeOpinion und Meinungsort.

Seit PureSpectrum auf diesen Portalen einer der führenden Vermittler von Umfragen ist, hat sich die Anzahl erfolgreicher Abschlüsse extrem minimiert, außerdem habe ich den Spaß an Umfragen (bei diesen Portalen) komplett verloren.

Meine Erfolgsquote bei PureSpectrum geht gegen Null. Und das liegt keineswegs an den Umfragen selbst, sondern ausschließlich an den (sich immer und immer wiederholenden) Screening-Fragen. Hier muss man (meist) in Form von Fließtext eine Frage beantworten. Und hierbei wird die Vielfalt (Inklusion) unter den Menschen vergessen! Ich z.B. lese keine Bücher, spiele keine Videospiele, kann mangels Partnerin (und häuslicher Verpflichtungen) niemals verreisen, hasse Sport - aber trotzdem muss ich immer zu diesen Themen einen kleinen Aufsatz schreiben. Fast noch dreister sind die Multiple-Choice-Fragen, bei denen Antworten wie "Ich spiele keine Videospiele" oder "Ich sehe mir keinen Sport an" einfach weggelassen werden. Entsprechen die eigenen Interessen nicht denen des "Normalos", dann ist man gezwungen, falsche Angaben zu machen. Oder man lässt die Umfrage ganz bleiben, obwohl sie vom Thema her vielleicht gepasst hätte.
Schlimm sind auch die Fragen, wo man z.B. über ein Kindheitserlebnis referieren soll. Das ist ganz klar ein Eingriff in die Privatsphäre! Umso mehr schmerzt es, wenn dann ein Screenout erfolgt. Man bekommt kein Geld für seine Mühe, PureSpectrum hat aber trotzdem sehr sensible Daten bekommen.

Die Beteiligung dieses Vermittlers an o.g. Umfrageportalen war für mich auf jeden Fall ein enormer Rückschritt in der Umfragen-Welt.

Every survey possible I was thrown out after couple of minutes.

I am upset and dissatisfied with Pure Spectrum because after completing a survey for which I had already received payment (because I did it correctly), they withdrew my payment after a considerable amount of time, negatively impacting my other ways of earning money on Timebucks. This is unacceptable. If you're not going to pay, do it immediately, not after so much time has passed. Therefore, I request that you return what you withheld from me.

Pq?? Vc simplesmente não receberá um tostão será enganado na cara dura.. responderão pesquisas enormes receberão congratulações no final e o faz me rir mesmo que e bom não receberá nunca!! Nunca mais entrei neste provedor pra não passar de otario de novo...

Come hanno scritto altri, è uno scam. Tu rispondi alle loro domande e loro non danno le ricompense. Sarebbe da denunciare. Si prendono le informazioni senza pagare un euro

If you're a major company this is definitely the wrong survey provider, when someone does a survey for a company and they get screened out after completion during submission that person has a strong bad taste in their mouth towards said company for cheaping out with a 4th rate survey provider and cheating you out of time.

JUST DELETE YOUR ORGANIZATION, IT'S TERRIBLE. THANKS.

Trash survey provider/partner. It always takes a long time to load and redirect. Very glitchy plus never worked. Basically all you get is unreasonably long loading time and disqualification. Just change your name to PureScam or PureScreenout would be better

Purespectrum should simply change their name to screenout. Never get paid or rewarded. They obviously do. Complete rip-off scam.

Het meest waardeloze onderzoekscentrum wat je maar kan bedenken als deelnemer. In 95% van de gevallen kom je niet in aanmerking voor de onderzoeken nadat je vaak al 5 minuten vragen hebt beantwoord. Bovendien is de beloning minder dan minder. Miniem dus. Ze werken bv samen met scoupy en euroclix. Mijn advies. Links laten liggen. Brengt niks op en heeft geen enkele meerwaarde.

they are clearly operating some kind of scam. I regularly take surveys and they are some kind of 'middle man' for the surveys I take. I consistently get rejected from surveys they are a part of, and recently got proof. I had just been told by a survey that I had qualified and had clicked to move forward only to get told by Pure Spectrum that I wasn't a good fit. They are doing what they are doing I believe to get a bigger payout and shaft the user who just got rejected for absolutely no reason other than Pure Spectrum 'saying' that it wasn't a good fit. Companies like this really need to get shut down....they're probably operated from overseas with a virtual office in the US to make it seem like they're a US company
