I loved that it was same day delivery…
I loved that it was same day delivery but the package that arrived wasn't exactly what I ordered. I had chosen a custom box and picked the items, but the food items were all wrong.

I’m sorry that the items in your hamper didn’t match what you saw online. We always try to send everything exactly as shown and only swap an item if we absolutely have to due to unexpected stock issues. When that happens, we make sure the replacement is equal in quality and value or more, but I understand it can still be disappointing when you had something specific in mind.

There was no option to write a message to the recipient. My recipient had no idea who the gift was from….very poor.

The presentation was beautiful, the products were of high quality, and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. It made a wonderful gift and was clearly put together with care and attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking to send a thoughtful, premium hamper. However, the courier delivered it to the wrong unit. I had listed Unit 3, but after the company shared the delivery image, I realised the package had been left at Unit 2 instead. Apart from that delivery mix-up, the service and hamper itself were excellent.

Delivered, even when they couldn't deliver!
While Purely Gourmet wasn't able to deliver a hamper to the location I wanted, the customer service was spot on. They let me know straight away what they could/couldn't do so that I could make alternative arrangements. I will certainly be using them in the future.
