Filter order shorted.
Ordered four of two different size air filters. (8 in total) Said order arrived in two different shipments with one being short a filter. Discussed “short” with rep Donna who asked for pictures. I sent pictures and Donna replied that the matter would be taken care of. ~ 10 days later, “short” filter arrived. All good.

The order was a good price and acurate but took a month
It took a month to get the order,and I was wondering even after it was shipped as the tracking didn't work.The driver dropped it off in the rain but didn't ring the door bell.I appreciate that with the price there aren't margines for great customer service but for your sake I hope i'm unique.

I was without Amana water filter for my 20 yr old Amana fridge since the company stopped manufacturing them due to change in technology. Then, I found compatible filers at PureFilters which works as good as the original filters.

Eau avec un goût imbuvable !
Bof je suis déçue : j avais choisi cette marque par rapport à un conseil alors qu à la base je voulais un Berkey. En plus je l ai payé le même prix donc il n y avait pas de raison de prendre cette marque moins connue initialement...
L eau a juste un goût atroce ! Même l eau du robinet non filtrée est meilleure car aucun goût chez nous !
Donc du coup vu le goût qu elle a, je me demande si le filtre ne rajoute pas des particules toxiques dans mon eau !
Pffff ça fait cher pour une eau imbuvable, et potentiellement non recommandée. Je regrette mon achat et ne recommanderai surtout pas cette marque à mon entourage !
