Glowing from the inside out
I've been taking glow+ for months. I'm approaching 50 and I truly feel like my skin has never looked better! I love the mixability of the product (doesn't clump or taste funny) and its super easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I recommend to everyone I know. Shipping is super speedy too :)

LOVE sleep!
I have always struggled to get off to sleep, often feeling like I can't relax before bedtime. I have been putting one scoop of sleep in some hot water about an hour before I go to bed. Not only does it taste like a luxurious hot chocolate, but I have found that it has completely calmed my nerves and I am left feeling relaxed. It has completely eliminated any restlessness and I couldn't recommend it enough!!

Contains biotin
This product turned out to be no good for me due to the addition of the B Vitamin Biotin, which increases energy production. Unfortunately for me I'm sensitive to this and it acts as caffeine does, keeping me wide awake all night.

Biotin is commonly used in many credible beauty supplements as it is clinically proven to contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and healthier hair. If you have a specific sensitivity to an ingredient, we always recommend double checking the ingredients before taking a supplement.

Great for recovery
Have been using Protect as part of my daily routine alongside other wellness and health methods and I have to say it's working. I run a lot and it's helping to make my recovery days that little bit easier.

I’ve been using glow for about a month…
I’ve been using glow for about a month now, I started it due to hair loss after my thyroidectomy. After a few weeks I noticed a change in my hair, it felt and looked amazing. It’s helped reduce the loss which is incredible. I’ve also noticed my skin glowing recently. It’s so easy to use as it’s unflavoured so can be added to anything. Love love love

Love love love this brand! I've been using Protect for about a month now and honestly, I feel so good and energised! It also helps that it's ginger flavoured as I love ginger everything. I would highly recommend, it's such a good addition to my morning routine.
