I have had a really positive experience with punters golf. I ordered a range finder and it came promptly. There was a small fault in the screen and they responded quickly and acknowledged the issue and sent a replacement quickly. I’m really happy with my range finder and their service. Thanks Adrienne

The product was not very good from a "magnetic" point of view and magnet weak as piss.
If I had know this, would not have bought it.

Almost a month after an online purchase of their golf balls and still haven't received them. Not good enough, I've received orders from the USA quicker than this.

I love the concept of the company and was happy to support by buying a rangefinder. Worked well for 2 months then started giving erratic and unreliable readings. After 3 attempts to contact them via support email, they requested I sent a video of the problem. I did so, but have since had no response from them, despite numerous emails to them requesting them to do so.
I don't like to, and rarely give poor reviews, but there seems no way to contact them other than their support email, and they don't respond to it! Their focus seems to be purley on sales, rather than existing customers.

Have been using your rangefinder for about 4 months now & absolutely love it🤙 Have had plenty of times with other golfers with more expensive ones stand next to me & get exactly the same readings in the same time or less! Fair to say they are a little jealous after seeing the Punters at work!
So I bought one of your polos & a hoodie & was very impressed at the quality & fit. Awesome gear guys, will definitely buy more in the future

Great, easy to use range finder. Have only used for one round since purchase but am already in love with it. I shake naturally and that had zero effect on the pin lock and accuracy. The magnetic clip made for easy retrieval helping to keep pace of play. Best part is its aussie!!

Great range finder is had to get another one

So far my experience has been extremely disappointing. Placed my order over 2 weeks ago and yet to receive the products. I think Puntersgolf is a scam. Will be passing this onto all my golfing friends.

This is our first View finder & we went by reviews to purchase one & you guys come out on top . We have used it twice since we have received it & it definitely has helped our game by giving us exact metres to the pin. Also with the mix up of delivery address , you guys were awesome & sent out another view finder to our correct address , Thank you so much we really appreciate it .

I love my Puntersgolf range finder easy to use on course and the magnetic holder is great on belt or on golf bag, makes club selction easier.

I play of a 20 handicap and wanting to improve my game got the range finder and loved it. Used it for the first time and noticed the distances I was guessing was allowing me to select the wrong club adding unwanted strokes to my round. Flag lock is a mad feature also gives more confidence the distance is correct.

Still getting use to the range finder but seems to work great! Ultra fast shipping was nice too.

Awful delivery service from AusPost and wildly outside the service expected from Punters Website which quoted 2-5 days. Ended up slipping into a 3rd week!

Being asked to write an experience review on the basis of “it’s been a couple of weeks since you got your range finder” on the day after I got it did however give me a laugh.

4 days for Punters to despatch was a bit excessive. Watched the package sit at Brisbane airport for a further 6 days. Then when it was finally despatched AusPost sent a “delivered” message … it took another 5 days to get to me.

As for the range finder? Who knows, I only got it yesterday evening!

Very easy to order, fast delivery and great email correspondence.
Used it for the first time 11/9/25 and it performed better than I thought it would for the price. Solid, robust and compact, this is a winner.
