Their website states free returns, and yet when I asked for a return, Punchora tried to negotiate a partial refund which I constantly refused. This led them to begin ignoring my emails for a return label. When I opened a case with PayPal, lo and behold, Punchora emailed me straight away! But in accordance with their terrible customer service, they stated that 'they could only issue a refund once I closed my case with PayPal'. I told them I would close the case once I received my money, and what do you know, I received a refund immediately.

I got my product and it is nice. But the shipping time was ridiculous. If you need this ASAP, this isn’t the company to order from. It took almost a month to get it.

I like the product, the delivery took a little long but overall I would buy again. They product is as advertised and very nice. Just make sure to give yourself enough time to get it if it’s a gift.

The quality of your product and the instructions were helpful. I will say however, you have to be very frugal with your yarn allotment as I ran out of number 6 on the smiling sun kit and would like to order a package of blue, no.6 to finish my kit. Please let me know how to do this.

I ran out of yarn for the moon and stars project. I needed to use yarn from another box I purchased. Now, I have a blank canvas. Which type of yarn should I be using?

I did not receive the product in Europe. I asked for a refund but I did not get an answer.

Product is high quality and made well, everything you need. Customer Service is fast, responsive, consumer oriented. They really care.

Honestly I thought I was going to learn embroidery- no instructions. I wrote to you and you sent me some basic instructions. So I hope I can learn to embroider.

Don’t buy, there are cheaper kits elsewhere. Returns are non existent as is customer service. Complete waste of money.

These are fun projects! My 9 year old granddaughter and my 21 year old granddaughter also enjoyed it. I liked mine too and I won’t tell you my age!

I received my order in time and with no issue.
I bought it for my 6 yo daughter that wanted to learn crochet and I saw this and thought was the perfect start.
She was able to do it all, even the 5 yo brother chipped in sometimes, of course I had to do his part again, but it was easy to follow and for her was ideal.
The big issue for me and why I give 3 starts is because you can't make any mistakes. I bought the fragrant trio, one flower had only two petals finished as they don't send enough yarn and if they will send so little, they should tell you exactly where to punch, but I mean, we were only able to do two out of the 6 petals of the last flower. Also there was not enough of the purple cover, again, probably 40% of the total was not able to finish it.
As I said, overall, I could buy it again, in fact, my daughter has asked me for another one, even for stress relief is amazing, but is the lack of yarn that gets in my nerves.

I place my order weeks ago thinking I would receive my order in time for the holiday season. I received confirmation of receipt of my order and nothing else. I still haven’t received my order or any shipping confirmations and Punchora customer support won’t respond to my messages. They have a number on their website and it appears to be disconnected.

This went under another name. I ordered 2Sets months ago but i only received 2 lots of cotton, needles and an unpicker. Nothing like it should have been, it came in plastic bags and the cotton is rough and cheap.

I also wish I could give one star. I won't order from the company again.

I purchased some items over a week ago and there has been zero communication regarding shipping. It’s the holidays, yeah? I get that but I asked what was going on and no response. It’s a scam. Don’t fall for it.

EDIT: After contacting the company with the desire to cancel my order, it suddenly shipped. Still zero communication from the company; when my items arrive, I may update this review again.

EDIT v.2: My items finally arrived but one didn't quite live up to the expectations of the advertisement. The stitch book isn't nearly as precise as advertised but the sewing kit was unexpectedly awesome.

Wish I could give zero stars. First there was no update at all with the tracking link and then it got returned without any notice. Wouldn’t recommend,hope I’ll get my refund soon. Shop somewhere else, it’s faster and better. L

If I could give 0 stars, I would. It has been 23 business days since I placed my order and I have still not received it. The tracking information shows it has not moved since 8/29/25. I had been emailing with someone in customer support beginning on September 4. They have stopped replying to my emails now that I have asked for a refund or a replacement.
