Fantastic FREC 3 course. Brilliant venue, amazing instructor- hugely experienced and knowledgeable and a well paced, interactive 5 days. Would recommend to anyone whatever level First Aid course you need.

Pulse South Coast offer a tailored, efficient and friendly service for medical support at events. The process for arranging cover was thorough and excellent. On the day of the event their staff were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Very reliable first aid cover for community events

Recently attended my FRC3 requal and was impressed with the whole course, it was over 2 days, relaxed and informative, Pete our instructor was incredible with the knowledge he had, made the course enjoyable from start to finish, the grounds are also incredible, was nice to be outside in the countryside , recommend this course highly with pulse

The training was very much enjoyable and had lots of great practicals and I was reassured that the theory side of things will be manageable for someone with dyslexia. The trainer was very knowledgeable with the FREC 3 topics.

Working full time, it was great that Pulse offered the course in 4 days over 2 weekends.
The course was full of relevant and useful information that was presented in a variety of ways including theoretical lectures, instructional demonstrations and group scenarios.
The instructor was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the content of the course, made references to real life events and responded positively to the learning needs of individuals. Everyone was included in discussions, were prompted to answer questions and were encouraged to be actively engaged with demonstrations of skills. The visuals were clear, including slides and videos.
The venue was clean, well-equipped and offered separate spaces for lectures, written tests, practical activities and assessments.
There were regular times for short breaks and refreshments.
The course was a great learning experience which I would recommend to anyone wanting to become a first responder or to become more confident in offering assistance in medical emergencies.

Booking was very easy all the way from getting a quote through to payment. The medical plan provided was thorough but clear.
The medic who attended on the day was really friendly and cheerful, despite the freezing conditions!

I’ve recently completed my FREC 4 qualification with Pulse and cant recommend them enough. Our tutor was excellent, making the information relatable and interesting. We had lots of hands on experience and had time to practice, talk about what we was doing and go back to it if we wasn’t sure. The lessons were fun and interactive and I personally enjoyed the wealth of knowledge our tutor had from his many years in the job. I wasn’t afraid to ask any questions as we were made to feel so comfortable. Support was available if needed for written work throughout our training. Pulse were professional, highly knowledgeable and the whole experience was enjoyable! Can’t thank them enough 😊

Such a great company. I asked the company for a conversion course and they didn’t have any. And then within next couple of weeks they had put on some dates on there website so go the extra mile in trying to cover what is needed.

And then on the course the instructor was Jake their training director was a lovely
Guy and very knowledgeable and made the training fun so this is a company I would definitely recommend.
