My partner and I came to this beautiful property to see if it would be suitable for a small intimate wedding. Not only is it absolutely suitable for such an event, it is perfectly designed for groups who want to celebrate together but also have their own privacy with multiple seperate villas on the property. The sauna and jacuzzi were wonderful as was the view of the sea from every level of the property. Augustine was such a great, attentive and helpful host who made the experience so much better. We cannot wait to return for wedding.

Our stay with Puglia Luxury Homes was nothing short of magical, truly one of those rare experiences that stays with you long after you leave.

The property itself was breathtaking, perched in a peaceful, secluded setting with endless views of deep blue sea and sky. The home was full of character, combining traditional architecture with refined, tasteful decoration. Every detail felt carefully thought out.
The estate is composed of several independent stone units, each acting as a private bedroom, which made it perfect for our group. Everything was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and designed for comfort.

What truly elevated the experience, however, was the level of service. Sébastien and Augustine were incredibly attentive and genuinely caring.

They also curated unforgettable experiences for us: a scenic coastal hike with spectacular views, a candlelit dinner prepared by a talented private chef.

In short, this is far more than just a luxury rental. It’s a complete, immersive experience combining beauty, comfort, authenticity, and exceptional service. Perfect for families or groups of friends looking to share something truly special.

We left with unforgettable memories and without a doubt, we’ll be back.

Nous avons séjourné à la Villa Alba et cette expérience a redéfini pour nous ce que peut être une location de villa. La propriété est tout simplement magnifique - lumineuse, élégamment aménagée, et équipée de tout ce dont on a besoin pour se sentir immédiatement chez soi. Chaque détail a été pensé avec soin.
L'équipe mérite autant de compliments que la villa elle-même. Elle nous a accompagnés à chaque étape - de la réservation jusqu'au départ - avec un professionnalisme et une chaleur humaine qui sont vraiment rares. À plusieurs reprises, ils sont allés bien au-delà de ce qu'on pouvait raisonnablement attendre, et leurs recommandations locales ont été précieuses. Des restaurants qu'on n'aurait jamais découverts seuls, les bons endroits au bon moment, des conseils pratiques qui ont rendu notre quotidien en Puglia simple et agréable - chaque suggestion a enrichi notre séjour de manière incommensurable.
Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute avec eux lors de notre prochain voyage dans la région, et nous avons déjà transmis leurs coordonnées à plusieurs amis qui prévoient de venir dans le sud de l'Italie.

The villa is simply stunning, even more impressive in person than in the photos. Every detail has been carefully thought through: the decor, the comfort of the bedrooms, the outdoor spaces… everything invites you to relax and truly switch off. The location is also ideal, offering a setting that is both peaceful and spectacular.

We recently stayed at Villa Sognoblu and it genuinely exceeded all our expectations. The villa itself is stunning - beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a truly comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a rental and more like a home that had been thoughtfully prepared just for us.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the team at Puglia Luxury Homes. From the very first exchange to the last day of our stay, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our trip special. The level of detail they bring to everything they do is remarkable - nothing felt improvised or generic. They consistently went the extra mile, anticipating needs we hadn't even thought to mention.
Their local recommendations alone transformed our holiday. The restaurants, the hidden spots, the tips on timing and how to make the most of the region - each one was spot-on and added something we simply could not have found on our own. La maison était parfaitement préparée pour nous accueillir en famille. Tous les services personnalisés étaient de qualité: cours de kite, cuisinière à domicile, réservations de restaurants, visite guidée etc… merci beaucoup pour ce séjour de rêve !

J’ai fait appel à cette conciergerie récemment et honnêtement tout a été géré parfaitement. Ce qui m’a le plus marqué, c’est le niveau de détail : même l’accueil des voyageurs a été anticipé avec un message personnalisé et un logement prêt à l’avance jusque dans les petites attentions.

Dès le deuxième jour de notre séjour, ils nous ont même aidés à obtenir une réservation de dernière minute dans un restaurant très demandé. Et surtout, lorsqu’un imprévu est arrivé avec l’asthme de ma fille, ils n’ont pas hésité à se déplacer en ville pour trouver rapidement le médicament nécessaire. Ce type d’attention fait vraiment la différence.

Communication fluide, réactivité impressionnante et vraie sérénité côté propriétaire. On sent une implication réelle et une volonté de bien faire, pas juste de “gérer”.

C’est exactement le type de service qui permet de déléguer en toute confiance. Je recommande à 100 % pour ceux qui cherchent quelque chose de sérieux, fiable et premium. 👏

Franchement, on a l’impression d’être tombés sur quelque chose de rare.

Dès le début, tout a été simple, fluide, sans stress. Pas de blabla inutile, juste des échanges clairs et une vraie écoute. On sent qu’ils savent exactement ce qu’ils font, mais surtout qu’ils aiment le faire.

La villa… encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. Et tout ce qu’il y a autour : les recommandations, les petits détails, les attentions, fait toute la différence. Rien n’est laissé au hasard, mais tout reste naturel.

On ne s’est jamais sentis “clients”, plutôt invités.

Honnêtement, c’est le genre d’adresse qu’on garde pour soi… mais qu’on finit quand même par partager.
