I ordered and received what I had ordered

I placed an order and never received it. You can't get ahold of any customer support. I tried email, calling, and their chat. They reply to nothing and if you get a reply they send you a shipping number to a totally different order that you never placed.

Sent the wrong product-didn't respond for 2 weeks, and when finally did lied and never did make it right. Owned by Chinese

It's been 3 weeks and still no order. Coustomer service is non-existent. When it did arrive after 3 weeks the flower smelled like bug spray and all of the concentrate was melted into a mess. Do Not Buy from this company. Horable customer support.

They will create a shipment label but wait 2 weeks or longer to actually drop off at post office yet claim its the post office not scanning packages.

I placed my order a week ago and all they did was create a usps label. They have not shipped my product according to their website it’s still preparing to ship. When I called they gave me some line that it’s shipped and that usps has just failed to update on their end.

Absolute scam. I ordered 8oz of smalls and they shipped me 2oz of shake and ghosted me. Do not buy ts lmao

I submitted my first order May, 11 2026 after just watching their ad on Instagram, so you can imagine I was already sketched out. I received my package but had an issue that was due to carrier USPS, it arrived with two big holes and two items were missing. when I reached out they were quick to resolve the issue and replace items due to it being my very first order, I guess they didn't want to begin off on the wrong foot. Not only did they replace it, but they even threw in an extra gift! Its now June 1st 2026 and I'm already 7 orders in, the products are truly amazing, strawberry cough badder is top tier, chemdog crumble came melted and it arrived more like badder and I was actually even more happy with the end results. Gorilla glue honey crystals are pressure, but its more like diamonds in sauce, Blueberry kush badder top tier, I just order some white widow, some more chemdawg and I grab a few of them oz deals they got going on, that BOGO is NO JOKE!!! so far 7 orders deep and I'm a life time customer!!! 5 STARS 10 outta 10 LOVING THESE GUYS!!!
