Same thing as the other two stars. Absolute ghost town when trying to get into contact with any issue. Kind of messed up that they have an all sales final policy aside from exchanges and yet you can’t contact them to even inquire about it. Great quality product but terrible customer service. It’s not worth the money or hassle. Just find something on Amazon to be honest, it’ll be much easier on your wallet and so much less of a hassle.

Plus side: Unique items. Emails/comms friendly. Almost excessively so to the point of seeming fake. Problem is once you need help with something, ghost town. No more nice emails trying to secure your purchase. Crickets really. They sent me a sweatshirt that was at least one, probably two, sizes smaller than advertised. I know there is a no return policy. I offered to take a loss and exchange for T-shirt but no response. I have bought several things from them in the past and felt I deserved more I guess. A bit of a roll of the dice buying from them unfortunately. This was a Christmas gift that I now need to try and resell or just take a loss and donate it.
