After reading all the bad reviews I was very concerned and thought of cancelling my order. But I thought I will give them a chance.

My order came within 3 days and was kept updated with dpd parcel delivery messages.

I am happy with my purchase and the service.

Look at the ONE review they do reply to, bottom of this page or near top of next, they say, " any defamatory statements made online can result in legal proceedings being followed through."CRAP, THIS IS A... REVIEW... WEBSITE, You see, people give...their opinion...on all aspects of your business, you are meant to read them and fix your business so people return. Freedom of speech still exists, especially on review pages.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and haven't received a receipt even though Psyche took payment. I have contacted them 3 times via website feedback, email and PayPal. I have received no response. I am trying to recover payment from PayPal as they have no interest in providing an update or fulfilling their end of the bargain.
This business appears to be highly suspect and I advise caution if you're thinking of purchasing from them. Read the other reviews online.

Absolutely appalling company. Purchased a product from their website and payment was taken. I then received an email 2 days later informing me that the product I had purchased wasn't in stock and asked to select an alternative. I replied confirming I will wait for them to receive more stock and then send it on to me in due course. They replied stating this wasn't possible as they don't stock it anymore.

My question to them is - why are you even advertising products you don't have, selling them and taking money from people for them?! I even emailed them over 2 weeks ago asking them to confirm product details before I ordered it. I received no response from them. (Now I know why - they didn't even have the product to check and continued to advertise it.)
I decided to just hope it was OK and placed the order. Turns out they don't even have it...
I have since replied asking them to refund my payment. 2 days later I am still awaiting a respose and a refund.

All in all I would never trust or go near this company and would advise anyone else to stay away. When telling my friend about this they asked the company name and laughed as it happened to them too with a product of the same brand.

This company is a scam. They do not respond to queries, advertise and take payments for products they don't even have and then withhold your money when they don't fulfil their sale.

Currently waiting for a response from a professional on how to take this further and receive my money back from them.

Ordered a T shirt off this site, only to be told 4 days later that it isn't in stock after they'd taken my money and it stated it was in stock. Offered me to purchase something of similar price (which no doubt I'd receive an email 4 days after that to say that product isn't in stock) or a refund. Obviously took the refund. That will probably take 5 working days to be returned into my bank. Would not recommend buying from this site unless you enjoy being let down and messed about.

Had a look at the reviews before I ordered and was a little sceptical as they are mostly bad but decided to go ahead anyway as the prices were excellent, i am extremely pleased with my order & updates from them telling me where my parcel is etc, asked if they could leave it in a safe place for me as i was going to be out all day, this was not a problem for them and the delivery driver actually took a photo for me & sent it to me to let me know it had been delivered safety in the place i had asked them too! Products were authentic as well. Couldn't be more happier with the service & i will be using them again.

ordering generally ok, but returns policy is out-dated. Having ordered many items from other online retailers, most offer free returns and make it easy for you.. This isnt the case with Psyche, so beware, if you dont want any of your online ordered goods - it will cost you to return

Had some miscommunication hence the delayed delivery. Webpage stated that orders will be shipped on (date) if purchase was made before 4PM GMT +1. Yet, the web failed to account for the Easter holidays.

On the following day after Easters, I was assisted by one of the staff, Richard, who was responsive and had my order shipping within the same afternoon. My anger and frustration was quelled by Richard's politeness and quick turnaround.

Having received the items on the second working day, I am pleased to share that the items are authentic and true to display.

The web team has to step up its game - give Richard a break!

I ordered an item from Psyche but later changed my mind and returned the item within the 28 days returns policy. It cost me £4.45 as I used Tracked & Signed For by Royal Mail. As I used Klarna to pay for the item - you don’t pay for 30 days - I assumed that as I had returned the item that was the end of the story. Unfortunately not! I received a letter from Klarna that was aggressive and rude in the extreme - telling me I’d ignored previous emails and texts from them, of which I had received neither - stating that I owed them £2.99 for the postage. After checking the Psyche Returns policy on their website I discovered that if you return an item you have to pay for the original postage. This should be MUCH clearer as I doubt that I would have purchased anything if I’d known I’d have to pay for delivery and return. The unwanted item has ended up costing me £7.44! I don’t know any other major retailer that not only charges for delivery but also for returns. I shall definitely NOT be using Psyche ever again!

Brilliant customer service purchased Hugo boss hadiko track bottoms in large received next day turned out to be quiet big so sent it back and rang up customer service to ask if they could reserve a medium for me as there wasn't much in stock and the gentleman got one sent over from there Durham shop and sent it too me next day brilliant service will shop again

received shoe not as described on the website, sent factory seconds/defected item! Deliberate misleading stock levels on website. They will intentionally delay notifying you of anything order related, including refunds. All of the products are China replica manufactured.

1* is way too high, don't buy from this company, took my money then after order said dispatched, a week later was told 1 of 2 items were not in stock, a week after that was told that the item listed was listed at wrong price and that I could either pay that price or cancel order. I am contacting the ombudsman, this company should not be allowed to get away with this.

Absolute joke of a website first and only time I ordered from them caused me problem after problem just hoping I don't have the same experience with my refund.

Bought a pair of Barbour boots. They said they would be dispatched within 24hrs. No notifications. Emailed a couple of days later to ask what was happening. No response.
No boots. No communication. Just nothing
I'd read the previous reviews online before buying and thought that people may have been having one off bad expereinces so I would give them the benefit of the doubt but no reviews are correct.

How difficult is it to just respond to an email? Definitely won't use them again.

Ordered a jumper in size medium during the christmas sales, order was accepted but then received an email saying order cancelled due to lack of stock.

I went back online to check and Psyche are selling the same jumper in size Medium showing stock! Maybe they want me to pay full price for the jumper when the sale ends

I will think twice before ordering again

Bought a belt 4 days in advance ready for an event on a Friday night . Payed for next day delivery to make sure and the next day I received an email stating that the stock levels were wrong and I would be refunded. Would have been fine if I could order another one, bit Have received no refund so have insufficient funds to do so. Ridiculous

Item shown as in stock, placed order on online and Friday, email received on Saturday advising they had made a mistake with their stock levels and order had been cancelled, however today no refund received, funny how they can charge your immediate but do not refund !

Shocking customer service. Be aware!
