I bought a ring for my milestone birthday as a joint present from my family from Pruden and Smith. I ordered online after weeks of looking for the perfect piece. I was delighted with the piece when it arrived so beautiful and well made, they even adjusted the size for me after I ordered incorrectly. The customer service is second to none. Furthermore after posting a review with photos of the ring I was also gifted some gorgeous silver earrings!!! What’s not to like. It’s been eleven years now, since I strolled into Pruden and Smith to buy something nice for my then partner. The calm un-fussy style suited me perfectly. Going back has been easy as the shop has constantly upped their game with a flow of new designs which never fail to please.
The latest purchase of silver earrings with gold beaten into it, was very warmly received.

I’ve had three pieces of jewellery designed by Rebecca over the last couple of years - a ring, a bangle and a necklace - and they are all beautiful. I also bought a bracelet as a graduation gift for my daughter. The designs are stunning and there is such care and attention given to make them perfect. One of my pieces was a redesign from an antique ring with sentimental vale and I really appreciated the advice and creativity to ensure it was just right. Really great secure delivery service.
