Good product, really bad customer service
The cards I got were all well made and exceeded my expectations for what they were. Sadly they need to improve their customers service. My order was missing a few cards and when I reached out to them I was made to feel like I was try cheat them out of product. I sent them pictures of the cards I had and made a list of the cards I was missing. They gave me a refund but after telling me they knew for a fact the shipment was checked before it left. I'm not a fan of the customer is always right, but when a customer send everything you asked for, and was willing to jump through hoops, to get a refund and or replacement. It's possible that something was missed, and making a customer feel like a thief for asking for replacements is wrong.
On top of that it also took for ever for my order to arrive, I'm putting faith in them and saying every card is made when the order is placed, So that was what slowed up shipping.
