Worked with Youssef Sbeity from Provident who is one of the best realtors we’ve met to date. We connected with Youssef back in August 2022 for an offplan unit in Dubai but finalized our plans in December 2022. Youssef accommodated our needs, timing and asks and was extremely quick to act and reply throughout the entire process.

From day one Youssef has been an incredible pleasure to work with. Youssef hustled hard, was incredibly patient and occasionally (not overdoing it) followed up with us. Youssef is extremely knowledgeable with offplan investment purchases all across Dubai. He constantly shares monthly real estate reports to keep us informed and up to date.
