Nicola has been amazing! She has so much knowledge about the various products which allows you to make the right decision for your circumstances. She also takes you through the products that are within your budget so you’re not taken through cover that is out of your reach but you are still given the right options so you end up with the cover you need. At no point did it feel like a chore or an insurance call, the conversation was great and I ended up getting great cover from it! Nicola genuinely cares about her clients and just wants to help them!

Chris was really helpful and explained the best policy for my circumstances and budget. They look after after they dont just sell you a policy and leave you. They check your ok, get birthday cards. Remind you of scams etc. They make you feel not forgotten and update if you can get a better rate.
