In response to the latest reply from prostyling. I was told it would take probably 20 minutes to contact DPD, and the reply says 1 hour? Just to confirm I rang 1 hour and 25 minutes after the original call, so yes there has been some confusion on the timeline of my promised phone call with details of where my order was. I rang pro styling today at 13.06(Monday 9th March 2026). The phone rang for approx 50 seconds before I it went to answer machine. I then rang on my friends phone and it was answered within 10 seconds(certainly seems like my number was recognised and not answered???). On asking where my order was remembering that I was told 4 days ago it would be on express delivery!!! I was told the order had been called back because I had opened a dispute with PayPal my choice of payment method. The girl didnt even look into my order details but obviously knew who I was. I had filed a dispute because I was without my order and had been fobbed off. I dont know how my order could've been called back when it was lost and nothing else had been sent. This firm are obviously good at excuses, and I was lucky enough to get my money back, reviews on here suggest others were not so lucky. Losing orders seems to be a regular occurrence with this firm!!!! So I would just like to advise anyone buying from this firm(if you want to risk it) to use a protected form of payment method so you can raise a dispute and have a better chance of receiving a refund. I personally will not be using this firm again, they even sent emails asking me to buy hair dryers I had looked at when placing my original order, but still hadn't delivered something I had paid for. I have no intention of taking on board their excuse for an apology and explanations either, trying to blame a customer and not taking responsibilities for their incompetence.

Amazing customer service

The products are amazing and their customer service is fantastic 🙌🏽 I had questions about some items which were answered quickly. I was even given advice days after my purchase as it was an item I had not used before (Ecoheads) and got a bit confused with the installation. Thank you 😁

Absolutely thrilled with ProStyling

Absolutely thrilled with ProStyling! I’ve been using their shampoo and conditioner for over two years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Before discovering this incredible brand, I was using supermarket shampoos, thinking they were good enough. How wrong I was! My hair is noticeably healthier, thicker, and bouncier than it has ever been. The formula is so gentle yet effective, and it leaves my hair feeling clean, refreshed, and full of life. I can’t imagine using anything else now. ProStyling has completely transformed my hair care routine, and I will never go back. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking to give their hair the love and care it deserves!

My go to company for all my salon needs from accessories to bigger salon furniture items.Mel and team are fantastic to deal with and sell a fabulous range of products. Delivery is spot on and I highly recommend.

Very Good customer service

I ordered £1600 of Pro Care trollies, there was a short delay and the very helpful lady sorted it out where they ere delivered next day - it was a delivery on two pallets so not a regular order - great Customer service - I would thoroughly recommend, David Youll Hair, Paignton.

Brilliant company to deal with

Brilliant company to deal with. It is my go to one stop shop for all things for bridal hair and running my education courses. Highly recommend to all of the stylists I speak to. The volumise:it is fantastic and I love my nishida grips and weave:it’s for every hair up I do. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, they have even went the extra mile to ensure I receive stock on time 👌🏻

If I could leave no stars I would

If I could leave no stars I would. Made an order and DPD were delayed past our closing time both times they tried to deliver. We also have our hours clearly displayed with DPD.

Order was sent back and we are now being told we will only receive a refund minus a handling fee and postage.

This is absolutely not our fault and to be told we have to foot the bill is totally unacceptable. We will be sure to never ever use your services again.

Shocking customer service 😡

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating missed delivery attempts can be 😔

Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to locate an order under the name used for this review. If you’re able to contact us directly with your order number or the name the order was placed under, we’d be more than happy to look into this further for you.

We are sorry but DPD can deliver between 8am and 8pm. While we do provide them with business opening hours, we’re unable to guarantee delivery within a specific time window. In situations where delivery attempts are made outside of opening hours, parcels may be returned to us by the courier.

Once an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, DPD charges us for both the outbound and return postage, along with handling fees. As a small business, we’re regrettably unable to absorb these courier costs, which is why refunds are issued minus these charges — this reflects the costs imposed on us by the courier rather than a discretionary fee.

We genuinely regret that this situation has caused disappointment and would welcome the opportunity to review the order details directly and discuss possible solutions or alternative delivery options for the future.

Poor customer service

I've called them several times, but no one answers. I left messages and sent emails, but never heard back from them. I would say to avoid this seller if you can; they have very poor customer service.

Missing order no help / refund / replacement

I ordered a pair of scissors on 11 December and they still haven’t arrived. I’ve sent 4–5 emails chasing this up and received only one vague response saying they would “look into it” — with no follow-up at all.

There has been zero effort to resolve the issue, no updates, and no explanation. I’ve had to do all the chasing myself. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Following your initial contact regarding the parcel going missing, our team investigated this with the courier and reached out to discuss how you’d like to proceed — whether you preferred a refund or a replacement order. Once you confirmed you’d like the order resent, the replacement was dispatched promptly.

We can confirm that the resent order has since been marked as delivered by the courier.

We’re sorry if our communication didn’t come across as clearly or promptly as it should have during the investigation stage. Missing parcels are never ideal, and while we do need to allow time to investigate with the courier, we understand how frustrating delays and uncertainty can be.

Avoid the company!!!!

Well I've ordered three different sizes of brushes Olivia garden on 20th of November. I've paid for them the amount of 58.95 including the delivery. It was a specific style of brushes that i wanted so was looking forward to receive them. I've been waiting for two weeks and checking constantly the delivery company website and was saying that the package has not been received from the pro styling. Anyways i decided to phone them and at some point I've got them after two days. Unfortunately the brushes was not the ones I was looking for. I thought I've ordered the XL ones because the website obviously wasn't updated. Not my fault I've ordered thinking are the ones that I was looking for. Anyways I've decided to send them back but again wasn't any easy way to do it only by phone and sending me a return form to complete and print it and sending them back paying the delivery fees as well. Another hassle of time and too much stress doing all this especially when you don't have a printer and as a full time hairdresser on a very busy month.I Finally managed to send them back paying another 5 pound for delivery fees. On the package with the brushes was a note that was explaining that wasn't my fault ordering a specific product and receiving something different than what was the website advertised so I asked kindly for a full refund. After that waiting for almost a week I had to phone them again and they confirmed that they've received the package two days ago and I will get refund within couple days. Right I've got back on the 19th of December the amount of 48.60 ten pound less. I've decided to email them and telling them it's a mistake on calculation and offer course I never got a clear response. I'm trying to say what kind of company keeps ten pound from the amount that should been refund. Instead of apologising and offering at least free returns and full refund keeping my money. Is this a joke?? Of course im going to report it to the bank it's not about the ten pound is because the don't respect the customer. Avoid this company

Firstly, the images and product descriptions on our website are correct. The specific Olivia Garden brush style you were hoping to purchase is unfortunately no longer available in the UK. This was explained during one of the several phone conversations we had with you, and we also offered to try and help source this style for you, despite it not being something we could officially supply.

Regarding returns, as explained to you during our calls, we follow the same policy as many companies and are unable to cover the cost of return postage for unwanted goods. This information was clearly outlined and discussed with you directly. Once your return was received and processed, a refund was issued in line with our returns policy. The amount retained relates to the original delivery costs, which are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

We understand that this was a busy and frustrating time for you, and we regret that the situation did not meet your expectations. However, we did our best to communicate clearly, assist where possible, and process your return and refund promptly once the items were received.

We always aim to act fairly and respectfully with our customers, and we’re sorry that you feel otherwise on this occasion.

Amazing Service & Fast Delivery

Pro Styling have been amazing! Delivery is always quick, and as a bridal stylist, they stock everything I need. The KYK products are incredible and hard to find anywhere else. I’ll always recommend Pro Styling to any stylist I meet!

Absolutely amazing product

Absolutely amazing product , smells so good too .
