Prospero Teaching Recenzje

I’ve had a really positive experience with this agency, and a huge part of that has been working with Olivia. She was a great help throughout the process and incredibly supportive from start to finish. In particular, she helped me prepare for my interview at the school I’m now working at, which made a real difference. Her guidance helped me feel confident and well prepared going in.

Olivia is kind, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to understand your situation rather than treating you like just another name on a list. Communication was always clear and consistent, and I felt listened to and supported at every stage. She really shows the qualities of a good agent such as she is organised, approachable, and invested in doing things properly. Overall, my experience with the agency has been reassuring and professional, and I’d happily recommend them based on the support I’ve received.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A genuinely supportive and reliable agency

I’ve had such a positive experience with Prospero Teaching. All the staff are incredibly helpful and genuinely care about placing you somewhere that suits your skills. Most of the team have teaching experience themselves, which really shows in how well they match you with the right placements.

Charlotte and Emily made the initial recruitment process smooth and reassuring, and Natalie and Chanai have been brilliant with ongoing support. The website is really easy to use for timesheets and weekly reports, and there are loads of extra helpful resources available too.

I get weekly check-ins about my availability, and even though I’m useless with paperwork, they always chase things up to make sure everything is sorted and I get paid on time. They’re flexible, consistent, and genuinely look after you.

Although I’m leaving for a full-time position, I’ll definitely be back for part-time work because I trust them completely.

I have been working with Prospero as a Teacher and tutor. Both Lee and Emma have been absolutely amazing throughout. They are both easy to reach and respond to any questions swiftly. They have organised and managed a really exciting workload which meets my specific needs. The CPD free training offered through Prospero is fantastic and ensures I am compliant and up to date. Thankyou to a fantastic team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have worked with Prospero for sometime now and both Rebecca and Fritz been amazing very supportive and helpful

Having used other agencies in the past 15 years, I truthfully find now that the one agency I can depend on is Prospero. Incidentally, I don’t gain anything by saying this. It is simply a fact. They give me work every week and as soon as a longer term position finishes, they come up with new, equally suitable work. Lee and his team are very approachable, professional and have a straightforward, workable system. Their CPD courses are good. And being paid through Mainpay (last few months at Prospero’s suggestion) has also made things really easy to navigate. No other agency in Dorset has found me as much work as these guys. And rates of pay are very fair and reflect my experience and expertise. I always recommend them to colleagues new to Supply.

The Team at Prospero Teaching (Southampton), led by Natalie, Sophie and Emily are outstanding in every way. They are highly professional, dedicated and extremely efficient. They are a joy to work with.

I really enjoy working with Prospero! Natalie supports with any and all queries and I’ve never been out of work - she always has students for me to take on! I’ve been with them for nearly 3 years and enjoy it thoroughly

Although signed up with the company for a while I have only had dealing with one consultant. I have had a good experience. Lauren is very thorough. She kept me up to date with possible positions regarding permanent and temporary roles. When interviews were arranged, regular communication was given and well- being calls given to ensure your prepped. Unfortunately on one occasion information was slightly different to what was told which may have impacted the outcome. So if unsure about anything, just double check. Lauren will go through strength to get the answers or guide you. Willingly liaises with schools too, to ensure smooth transition. A professional and approachable manner that makes you feel human and not a commodity. Understanding when roles aren’t suitable. No pressure just perseverance to find the next possible ideal placement. Always at hand to support via email, phone or text.

Lewis is amazing. I’m with a couple other agencies but Lewis at Prospero Learning has been the first to secure me a paid, permanent role and for that I will forever be grateful. All compliance processes and any management with Prospero is so straightforward and efficient compared to other agencies. Extremely pleased :)

Natalie is a compassionate and driven leader who has inspired many of her staff. Able to reach mutually beneficial conclusions to all concerned she is a pleasure to work for .

I’ve had a really positive experience with this agency so far. Communication has been clear and professional, and they’ve been supportive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Work opportunities are well organised and the team is friendly and approachable. I’d definitely recommend them.

Working one-on-one with such wonderful students has been challenging and highly rewarding. I feel lucky to have a supportive team alongside me at Prospero. I have regular communication with Holly and Kimberly from the Leeds branch. Both ladies are highly skilled at what they do. I’m kept in the loop with any changes and the ladies are highly respectful. There can be many moving parts but they are inept at running things smoothly and communicating affectively which makes them a pleasure to work alongside. I consider myself lucky to work alongside staff with such high standards and professionalism.

Very efficient onboarding, easy to contact and lead to a permanent role, couldn't ask for more!

Lee from prospero has been great, responds when I need him too and has kept me informed throughout my employment.
I had issues early on with my pay and eventually was rectified but did take a while.

It is a joy to work for Prospero Teaching, supported by Natalie Poole (Southampton). I am a primary teacher with QTS and when I attended for interview, Natalie took time to understand the roles which may best suit me, and my current circumstances. I have genuinely not looked back. I absolutely love my job and this is due to the team being so wonderful and supportive. The team leaders at Southampton, including Natalie, are friendly and cheerful and are always at the end of the phone to discuss anything. They value my experience and professional judgement and support me to offer 1:1 quality teaching, enabling me to enjoy all the aspects of the job, which led to me training to be a teacher in the first place. Planning and administration is structured, accessible and straightforward, via a secure portal. Safeguarding and professionalism is always paramount and a wealth of resources and friendly advice is always available. Thanks Natalie and all the team - I highly recommend working with Prospero Southampton.

I've worked for a few employment agencies as a supply teacher and now a tutor. My experience with Prospero the last couple of years has been quite refreshing. My rep Emma W has been reliable and up front with me from the start. Happy to recommend them to other teachers.

I was new to teaching, and they helped me navigate the journey into employment. I would fully recommend them and really appreciate all the support from Louis at the Southampton branch.

Exceptional. My consultant really took an interest in me and listened to what roles are was seeking. Kept in contact daily and found me a perfect role to start in 2 weeks. I would recommend to anyone keen to work in schools

My experience overall has been really smooth and quite straightforward. Lale has been excellent! A consultant with a strong work ethic & morals; I know I can rely on her to take care of me and help me in my line of work. I was working in a previous school, unhappy in every way and Lale swooped in; without dishonouring the current work of the other consultant & gave me somewhere to work that was perfect. I felt such a difference mentally & the pay is set to be much better as I am still in my probation period
. I definitely will continue to recommend people to Prospero! Lale for president!

Prospero has been brilliant. I can honestly say that my consultant, Grace Brady , is an absolute star.
She shows understanding and compassion, always ensuring that you’re in good health and ready for work .
Grace shows gratitude and always gives positive feedback from school placements that are always refreshing and an absolute joy to hear.
