Prosper Home Loans is THE BEST there is, they definitely know how to communicate with lenders, all you need to do is be VERY open,straight & honest with them about your credit history / finances and they will put you on the right path in achieving your golds! we've being working with Paul, Ethan and Ellie a while now and they NEVER let us know. Even at their busy schedule days they still take the time to take our calls and updating us on our applications.

Outstanding service from Paul and the team at Prosper. Mortgage in principle within a couple of ours and full mortgage offer with our solicitor within 6 days of initial contact (including a weekend!). Can't really ask for more than that!. Thanks a lot guys :). Very professional service and vast knowledge of lenders. We sacked our previous broker after 10 weeks because nothing had progressed. Paul and his team provided an excellent and professional service from start to finish. We were recommended to Prosper by a friend following a very bad experience from Santander who still could not give me an answer after 4 months! Prosper took only 6 days to approve our mortgage.

I had read the previous reviews and following some friends recommendations, who had used prosper recently we decided to contact them. We emailed at 18.30 and outlined what we wanted and within three hours Paul McMath had responded to our email and given us all the information we needed. This was a great relief to us and we arranged to meet him. Both me and my wife were very impressed with their professionalism. Following the meeting we were contacted later that day with the details of how much a mortgage would cost us and a number of different options for us. We were then able to make a informed decision on the information Paul had provided us. Paul was able to secure us a mortgage within a short period of time. We dealt with both Paul and Ethan and feel confident of dealing with them in the future. I would highly recommend them.

We went to prosper as first time buyers, not quite knowing what our part would involve in getting a mortgage, Paul and the team made it nearly effortless for us, they made themselves available any time we had a question or query, and the fact that from our application to our mortgage offer took only 2 days was amazing!
