Pro Property completed a full cellar conversion changing our damp and dismal coal cellar into a dry usable space. Pro Property managed the whole project and all the workers that came to do their bits were informative, friendly and ensured that any issues were managed well to leave us with an amazing room that means we can now make use of our whole home!

Been with this company for years and recommend to all our family,always pleasant and efficient.
Adam came out to fix a leak at 8pm at night,only 1 hour after we rang them- can't say better than that!!!

Excellent service. Arrived at time slot arranged. Serviced the gas boiler which is done every year on the gold plan - been a customer for 14 years. Also fitted 2 new light fittings. Work was done very efficiently as always. Very reasonable quote for fitting the lights. This is a company you can really trust and rely upon.

Chad fitted a new bathroom for me.
He did a really great good quickly and neatly and took a lot of trouble to clear up each day which means a lot. His standard of work was brilliant and having a friendly person around makes a big difference. Thank you Chad!

We're delighted with the work carried out by ProProperty in renovating our kitchen and dining room. This is the second job we've asked ProProperty to undertake and I would certainly be happy to recommend them to others. The work was completed to a very high standard and everything looks much better than we could have anticipated. All the staff - employees, subcontractors, the guys who came to the house and the ladies who work in the office - were professional, helpful and very patient when issues arose; everyone was a real pleasure to deal with. I would give a special mention to LUKE who was able to fix an outstanding problem that had stumped others!! We didn’t know where to start with a bathroom refit, but Dan and the rest of the team were able to help us make great choices on a budget. The team were professional and knowledgeable, and everyone we came across was lovely. Proproperty Ltd. are an extremely professional company. After some years of dealing with them with my central heating installation, upgrade and annual maintenance I had no hesitation in asking them to be involved with building work on a major upgrade project. From a very competitive quotation, time based project plan and excellent customer involvement the job was completed on time and to budget. They liaised with other companies to ensure the job was properly project managed. Well done.

My wireless thermostat went on the blink , I spoke to pro property the lady got me a engineer out that day within 30 mins of my call , he came put me a new thermostat in and fantastic everything working as new , can not fault pro property at all .

Very friendly staff and exellent customer service. They did their best to satisfy our whims. It was a big project. Ensuite in the main bedroom, built from scratch. Converted an old small kitchen and a bathroom downstairs in to a disent size kitchen. Also converted storage room in to utility room. Everything made up to a high standard.

unfortunately because of Covid19 lockdown the job Pro property was doing for me it is only at the planning stage. Up to that point I had a very good experience with them. Helpful, giving me ideas. Also understanding when due to the coronavirus I need it to postpone the job for a later date.
