We had a replacement window unit fitted. Simon the fitter was very pleasant and chatty. He had a slight problem with fitting, but resolved it and did a very good job. Cleaned up very well after completing the job. We would use Pro Property again and would recommend the company to others

Andy from ProProperty spent a couple of weeks filling and painting multiple areas around the house that needed retouching. Window sills, high walls, hard to reach areas, ceilings, everything was done perfectly and nothing was too much trouble! An excellent job and highly recommended.

Dan came on time, was very helpful and the job was completed efficiently.

Arrived promptly at the time agreed for the work.
Was very friendly, efficient and took away all of the waste from the work. He left the work area clean and tidy and did an excellent job. He advised me of another job that requires attention and I will be taking him up on this offer.

We have used Pro Property twice now, to replace radiators. The first time, 2 single banked ones were replaced with doubles, and this time, replaced the rest in the house. The lads were professional, clean and tidy both times. The first time lads names escape me, but this time it was Tom and Ian. We would not hesitate to recommend Pro Property to anyone.

I had been putting off having some fairly major building work done on my house for years, mainly because I didn’t know who to trust. Through word of mouth I heard positive reports about ProProperty Ltd.

Dean Staniland visited me in Autumn 2024 and we discussed the work I wanted doing. As my confidence grew, so did my demolition plans! I have just come out the other side with a completed project – new kitchen, stud walls taken down opening out the whole of downstairs, new French doors, the demolition of a rear porch, new electrics, plumbing, new radiators, flooring etc. I have moved from drab 1980s décor into the modern world and I am over the moon.

The workforce that make up ProProperty Ltd has made this project quite painless. Adam was the project manager and totally on the ball. An 8+ week work schedule was stuck to the window and unusually for building work, they got ahead of schedule. This helped me know what was going to happen when. Everyone who came to do any aspect of this project showed professionalism and skill, attention to detail, they were polite, friendly, good humoured, on time and cleaned up after themselves. I could see how they just motored on day after day.

The trust I put into ProProperty Ltd paid off and I am more than delighted about the end result, I’m ‘reyt chuffed’ as we might say in Sheffield! Thank you very much team.

Ian & Jack did some great work on our large garden shed that was in a sorry state. They worked conscientiously to resolve a rising damp issue and went the extra mile. They replaced all the gear back in the shed after - defo above & beyond! Thanks guys!

I had an issue with a leak under my sink. Linzi was very helpful and Dan came to fix the issue within a few hours. All sorted and I'm very happy.
