Excellent customer service

I ordered the wrong size phone cover and after contacting Proporta they sent me a link to a selection of suitable covers and sanctioned a replacement the following day. Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service-thank you

Excellent customer service-thank you. I ordered a Ted Baker phone case. When the package arrived it had been tampered with and was empty. I contacted customer services and was asked to send photos of packaging which I did. Received a replacement next day. I am impressed with their speedy handling of this.

It’s probably the 4th case I’ve bought from them and will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a I phone phone case

I ordered a I phone phone case, and stupidly ordered the wrong one. I returned the case and ask if it could be shopped for the correct one. The service was great, the case was swopped and no extra charges.
Well done great service, would definitely order from them again

Excellent service

Excellent service. Returned a wrong phone cover. My mistake for ordering the wrong size 🤦🏼‍♀️ Ordered a correct size and received so quickly. Also refund was in my bank within days!! Can’t fault Proporta for excellent customer service. Easy and professional.
