Arrogant, lazy, negligent, and dishonest. Use a proper letting / estate agent even if they’re more expensive.
Too much to say on here but just avoid.

Even though our purchase did not go through, we were so impressed with Property World Penge, and Jason especially. He really went out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible, kept us informed every step of the way and was just incredibly helpful. He also brings a very human approach to a process that can be frankly traumatic. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

Awful experience. I had booked a viewing of a flat and they cancelled half an hour before it should happen saying that they will call to rearrange. They never called again and the offer disappeared from the website. I'm actually glad that I won't rent from them if they treat customers this way. I definitely agree with the negative reviews.

Was getting ready to sell our property. Asked Richard one of the owners of Property World advice and he suggested to get works done. As the flat was empty, I asked him to monitor the works periodically. A couple of weeks before the job was due to be finished, Richard tells me everything is fine, just a couple more weeks work left. Turned out the contractor botched seriously the job - so badly that I had to get another one to redo all the stuff and ended up having to pay twice for the job. Decided I could not rely on Property World and decided not to sign the contract to sell. They had keys to the flat so blackmailed me to pay for the photos that turned out they had never taken plus the time they spent on inspecting the property otherwise they would not give the keys back.Richard's brother tried to act the heavy on the phone with abusive language and threats. Read other reviews on this site and take heed!

We are not even a customer of Property World, they were arranging the bottom of our chain, we are at the top.
However Jason, was approachable and only too happy to help push the sale through, even though he appeared to be hampered by the solicitor acting for the buyer.
Jason said he would look into the issues and call be back, he did exactly that, calling me on a regular basis.
Much better than the agents above.
So Jason, well done and thank you all your help, it was really appreciated.

Have to say surprised at some reviews on here as I had such a great experience!! I completd today and Dan and the team communicated well with me throughout, and made everything so easy. honestly can't recommend them enough!

Property World are by far the most incompetent agency I have ever rented a flat with. For each and every little thing we have to chase them relentlessly because they simply ignore our emails. We had to physically go there in person to request a change to the contract and guess what: six months later, the contract has not been amended, which is illegal (and they know it). But most importantly: we have been battling with them for months because our boiler doesn't work properly, and made no progress at all. They simply do not give a single crap. My advice is: don't ever rent with them.

Called to book a valuation. Had to call twice as no one bothers to call you back. Once appointment confirmed, Sales person turns up and No face mask worn on valuation, did not fully enter the property, was sullen and unprofessional. Spoke to us like we were wasting his time!

Said they would send their underestimated value by email. They were + 10% lower than 4 other agents!

Never heard from them again. Would not recommend.

The worth service ever! Try to lie every time, ignore all emails. Don’t want to give back deposit, trying to pick up an extra costs. When I said that is against of my tenancy agreement- ignore it. Lied about mould. We were living one year in flat and all the time my husband fight with mould, I was pregnant in that time. They ignore our calling and massages about big bad mould on the two walls in bedroom. After my baby was born, daughter’s bed was staying in kitchen, I didn’t want to endanger my baby’s health but I couldn’t leave it in bedroom because of mould everywhere!
Nicky Clarke-Thraves is unhelpful at all, always ignore us and didn’t try to help! If this situation will not resolve till tomorrow morning I will claim to court, I have enough!!!

Incompetent, refused to accept or correct mistakes. Rude and extremely unprofessional. Insulted me personally. I had to start legal proceedings against them before they would refund the money they had cost me. Additionally, refused to let me see a copy of the tenancy agreement they were issuing to the tenant so the mistake in the rental amount was not picked up until it was too late. Lied to the tenant and lied to me. I haven't really experienced problems with letting agents before this but these guys were unbelievable. Now use an online letting agent for my properties and couldn't be happier. Sorry to all you other High Street letting agents who do a good job but these guys have put me off for ever.
