i payed my money

i payed my money at 1st she couldn't find the property so another email was sent to her after finding the property she replied with another tenant in commons name on the deed not the right person very dissapointed now i havent got the proper paper work for my beach permit and probably get a fined for your incompentence

As far as finding the right property is concerned if the provided address is incorrect or incomplete the required information will not come up, which is probably why the second Email was required. As far as the name on the deed is concerned, we can only provide information that is officially registered without adding or deducting anything.

Unfortunately, you shared this review anonymously which is why we were unable to look up the details of the communication and the results that came up. Kindly get in touch with our customer service staff so that we can investigate the matter & assist you further.

You don't have a phone connection.
I applied for a property valuation for 242 Warri St. Pindimar.
Unfortunately, that is the adjoining address.
I did email, asking to change the search to 246-252 Warri St Pindimar. NSW 2324.

I still haven't had a response to my email. Regards, Bob Mallen.

9.45p.m. on Friday. Legal jargon was a bit hard to understand but that has been cleared up now.
Very fast recovery of records...really happy this is over.

WE OWN THE PROPERTY AS THE PURCHASE PRICE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL.
Second schedule (1 notification) needs to be explained
Reservations & conditions in the crown grant needs explaination!
