At the end of last year, we sold our property at auction through Property Heroes and worked closely with James, who was professional and supportive throughout the entire process. No question or concern was ever too much trouble for him and he always responded promptly. The entire experience was seamless and hassle-free, with James managing everything and coordinating with the auction house on our behalf.
After the sale, there was a minor issue with the auction house, but James swiftly and efficiently resolved it, so I didn’t have to get involved. Communication was all handled via WhatsApp and email, making everything convenient and easy.
