Once over the initial stumbling block of contacting through WhatsApp, emailing propercopperdesign was brilliant. We had a very responsive Nic, who was great from start to finish with communication. We bought the copper t bar handles in various different sizes for our new kitchen and absolutely love them. They are very well made. Even our joiner was impressed with them.

I bought some stunning drawer pulls from Propercopperdesign. They have completely transformed an old chest of drawers! Very happy with the result. Big thanks to the company for speedy delivery, with everything packaged nicely. Thank you!

I'd been searching for the perfect outdoor shower for ages, and I finally found it at Proper Copper Design. Their customer service was fast, helpful and incredibly friendly. I couldn't be happier!

I don't mind waiting a little longer for handmade, high-quality items, so the delivery time wasn't an issue for me. Initially, my order arrived incomplete, which was disappointing. After contacting customer service via WhatsApp, there was a delay in receiving an update, and I felt communication could have been better during that time.

That said, after sending an email, the issue was addressed promptly, and I have now received the missing items. I'm pleased with how the situation was ultimately resolved and appreciate the effort to put things right. Better communication throughout the process would have made for a much smoother experience, but overall I'm happy with the outcome and the quality of the products.

This shower is gorgeous and works great. You can immediately tell it's really well made. I had a few questions along the way and the team got back to me quickly with kind, helpful answers. Shipping was smooth too, even coming from the UK. From product to service to delivery, this company gets everything right. Highly recommend.

For an order of some small brackets with a value of 40 EUR (postal letter), I had to pay additional 20 EUR of charges (tarifs?). I was not informed in advance by this additional charges which are completly out of relation compared to the purchase value. In former business cases ProCoDes was always acting professionally. In this case I would have appreciated a more customer oriented solution, avoiding unreasonable additional costs.

These products from proper copper design are just outstandingly made . The copper hinges are just stunning . I also bought the copper brackets . Each product is lovingly handmade in their workshop . however the piece de resistance is the stunning copper splashback in verdigris it really does have the wow factor which is what I wanted to create in my new kitchen . lesley blackburn

This is the 3rd set of handles I’ve bought from Proper Copper, they are expensive…
But worth it because even after years looking at this I still marvel how beautiful they look.

We had to change the connection points from compression to treaded on a inline exposed tapware. The parts arrived from the UK within 4 weeks of the order, which is impressive considering it takes 4 days to get parts from Brisbane to Rural QLD.
