I started using PropEditor to save on photo editing, but the video and brochure are where I save even more time. A complete marketing package that could easily take me three or four hours to put together is now mostly automated. The subscription pays for itself pretty quickly for me.
I still use a professional photographer when a property really calls for it, but I dont need one for every listing anymore. For a normal home, good smartphone photos plus PropEditor are often enough. That saves me a few hundred dollars in a busy month.
