I decided to go with a cheaper plan while waiting for them to OK a reset of my old plan. I made 3 trades and earned $36 on the first one and the next two trades didn't go through but I was charged commissions anyway. It turned out that the commissions on each trade were twice what I had on the old plan, but they gave no indication of this difference in the chart of plans. I told them I wanted a refund and would go back to my old plan with the smaller commission and that they could keep the earnings I made on the cheaper plan. I offered to split the difference of the cost of the plan with them. They are at least partially responsible because I would not have bought the plan if I had known the commissions were doubled on the second plan I bought and they gave no hint of this difference in their plan chart.

Several times I have been in profit - once nearly $1000, another nearly $400. Both times I tried to flatten the trade to take profit, & both times it failed. Lost all those profits. Tech helpers were useless, as despite sending photos & videos of these trade malfunctions, they said they couldn’t pay out potential profits, only realised losses. How very convenient for them. So this dodgy platform has cost me $1000’s & to be honest, can’t be trusted anymore

The company clain that I did payment-network fraud but they never provide me any information claiming I did it, and all this happened after I clain my first pay out. Thank you for providing PropEd’s perspective. I understand and respect the need for PropEd and its payment partners to maintain strong fraud-prevention measures.

That said, I believe some clarification is appropriate for the record. I do not accept the characterization that my account was involved in payment fraud, and I have not been provided with account-specific information demonstrating that I personally engaged in fraudulent activity.

I understand that PropEd may be unable to disclose confidential information relating to its fraud-prevention systems or payment partners. However, the distinction between protecting sensitive information and providing an account holder with a reasonable explanation for an adverse decision is important.

The reference to a group of associated traders does not, on its own, establish that each individual account engaged in the same conduct. My position is simply that my account should be evaluated based on my own transactions, activity, and conduct.

Likewise, the amount of previous payouts received by the group does not address the underlying issue. My concern is the basis for the decision to terminate my account and the conclusion that I was personally involved in payment fraud.

I remain willing to cooperate with any reasonable review and provide information necessary to clarify the matter. I would welcome an individual, account-specific review and a clear explanation of the basis for the decision, to the extent PropEd can reasonably provide one.

I am sharing this response simply to provide additional context and ensure that the public record reflects that I dispute the allegation and have requested an account-specific basis for the decision.

Still at the start of my trading with PropEd, nice clean easy to understand interface and better than most.

They Paid me finally after 12 Hours the Straight Rules no hidden ones and the Nexus platform is user-friendly to use. If they reduce their Review time that wish to be good one

Total scam, shoddy platform, buggy website... a waste of time.

As a newbie, I am just setting up accounts. I have found the support team exceptional. They are patient, kind and very responsive.

I like the set up but feel a bit underserved in education. I think it should include more training on entry and exits and chart reading.

Ethan has a great proprietary plan. Easy to follow and my results so far are +219%. Give Propedcapital a try...

Proped Capital were able to solve my issue with a screenshot and knew exactly the issue I was having. It was really an easy fix but I was not treated like I was an idiot as can be the cases with many of these types of companies. The support team member even reassured me when I wasn't sure I completely understood. It was so good to get great support from a very welcoming and genuinell interested person. I think it’s great overall but sometimes the broker has problems especially onyx and also the EOD trail down is kind of off
