Great product, only issue that I personally have is that, on receipt, when opening the package the product smells of tobacco smoke. Apart from that I'm very happy

Long delivery time but decent product.
Edited following company response.
Long delivery time but decent product.
Customer services email was abrupt and less than informative when I contacted them for an update after 3 weeks as was within the expected delivery window. Provided no update on expected delivery. Delivered at exactly 4 weeks

Hi Helen,
Thank you for your feedback and we're thrilled to hear you like the product and quality.
As these items are bespoke to the club, they're not an 'off the shelf' product and it is advised on the product page that delivery would be 3-4 weeks - which I believe we did deliver in that time frame.
Thanks again for your feedback.
