I placed an order and paid for it. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. No tracking number given after I was told it was shipped. I am still waiting. I have sent many emails and have received responses with mixed messaging. BUYER BEWARE. SCAM COMPANY. ***** As you see the company stated they replied to my comment via email. Untrue. Looks like a distraction tactic. As I stated at the beginning... this is a scam company. BUYER BEWARE. TOTAL SCAM.

I have only had positive experiences with Project Yourself. I have bought several gifts and they are well-made, beautifully crafted and meaningful. These gifts have been treasured by the friends and family members who have received them; we all appreciate the artistry that has gone into making them. In addition, whenever I have had questions, the Project Yourself team has responded immediately, efficiently and professionally. I will continue to purchase gifts from Project Yourself for the people I love.

Charging outrageous prices for a load of rubbish. Dumped mine - couldn't wear it. It wasn't worth €1.

Absolutely brilliant company. The shipping to UK takes weeks but it's always high quality and even if there's any issue, they go above and beyond to help. Highly recommended.

Cheap, jewelry falls apart after first wear. Expensive for quality of jewelry! Return policy sucks because most people don’t wear the jewelry within 7 days! I wore mine for a special occasion and the large stone popped out! Cheap glue that doesn’t hold in stone so it’s useless! I’m not even sure if these stone are natural! Save your money! Shop elsewhere.

I have ordered several pieces from this company. I love all of them and have had no trouble receiving my order. It is true that you will not receive your order right away but there is a reason for this. If you have trouble reach out to the company. Everything I have ordered has been made of good quality.

Scammers. Never received my order and when I email them I get an automated response that never addresses my issue. Won't give a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

This is a scam company. Haven't received my order. They are refusing to refund.

Their practices are no better then that of a snake oil salesman, full of deceit & hard push selling tactics, under the guise of being a part of the fast growing spiritual & awakening population. Claiming to want to help you on your journey. 🙄 When the truth is, they are just another mob taking advantage of us all, in order to line their own pockets. Absolutely disgusting! Sadly as they say with the light, comes the dark. Due to this, the more we grow in numbers, the more people surface to try to take advantage. Steer clear, save yourself the frustration, headaches, time & money. Yes, their prices are quite good but that's all a part of their deceptive practices. Best to spend a little more, for a much more peaceful experience & give back to the true Community who are truly there to support us! 🙏🏻💜✨️☯️

If you'd like to know why I have come to this conclusion, please read on...
Whilst I received my products & am somewhat happy with them. 🤨 The delivery did take a very long time. Usually I'm fine with this as I'm very understanding. However when you're provided with tracking information that doesn't work, write to them, then provided with more tracking information that doesn't work, to have to write to them again & finally be able to track your parcel...it's a headache & extremely time consuming. Also I liken their sales practices to that of a used car dealer. The constant emails AND messages through messenger, inviting (more so PUSHING) you to buy their products is absolutely disgraceful. Especially given they state "they won't SPAM you" when supplying your email. Next minute you receive 4 emails from them & trust me it doesn't stop!! They use all the typical sales psychology used in many shonky sales areas these days, spamming, deadlines including running clocks, the words "one time offer, don't miss out" & my all time fave, this has been selected just for you!! 🙄

Also if you're offered the deal or discounted subscription to their so called Online Community, don't waste your precious time nor money. I was offered a free 14 day trial as part of my purchase. So I didn't see the harm in taking them up on it. First, they send so many emails pressuring me to buy more but fail to send me any information on how to join the online community. When I wrote to them & asked, they apologised but then backed it up by telling me I only had 9 days left, provided the link & then directly after that stated, they were expriencing technical issues & were uncertain as to when the site would be back up. Alarm bells instantly rang, knowing how easy it is to become distracted by life & forget to check back in or more importantly cancel your subscription before being charged. Especially when you haven't been given the opportunity to see if it's for you & wish to be a paid subscriber?!! I decided to look into it further & the reviews & information out there, only further supported my internal alarm. So many reports of being billed after cancelling, no reply to emails regarding the issue etc & so on..the list was long. So I wrote back & instantly asked for my so called & very useless free trial to be cancelled. I took the time to point out to them that I was offered a 14 day free trial, which turned into a 9 day trial & fast become a possibility of a lesser or 0 day trial. This was a test on my behalf & can't say I was shocked by their reply. So sorry you feel this way, please reconsider blah blah blah but not once did they offer to restart my free trial once they had sorted their so called "technical issues". I even suggested it in my email pointing out that it, would certainly be something that would normally be offered, when these types of issues arise. Especially given none of this was through any fault of mine!! 🤔 Believe the writing is on the wall, literally! 😅 See this is what happens when you don't pay attention to your gut instincts, higher self or all the other red flags the Universe is constantly waving in your face! However like all lessons, I am thankful for the experience & now I've done my best to help others...I can move on & continue to smell the flowers! ☮️

If you want to cancel and get a refund because it takes too long for the their own shipping methods you are stuck with the bill. I spent over a 100 dollars and it took well over a month to get to me. I attempted to cancel when I knew it was late but they basically told me to kick rocks. They do NOT do refunds at ANY time so I would recommend using a website that offers refunds when the website themselves messes up the order.

Both don't have any legit tracking number. Order Date on 16th July 2022. Some Chinese website is linked with the tracking number. Got scammed for 39 USD. This is sad when people make scam schemes out of spiritual products.

This company have taken unauthorised payments out of my account for the last 3 months! AVOID!

The product I ordered was based on false advertising. It is basically a bit of junk. They send out far too many emails and they do not stand up to the claims of what company they are. This is a fake company and they will play on your weaknesses making you feel you NEED their products. You don't. Listen to your inner wisdom you don't need theirs.

Lsst month i placed two small orders with this company. One arrived, the other didnt. Then i had £41.58 lifted later in the month. I contacted the company but got no reply so went to my bank who are still looking into the incident. Then today i have had another £42.51 lifted. I had no idea this is some sort of club and have received no information from projectyourself. Totally disgusted. I will be back in touch eith my bank in the morning to have this payment stopped.
