After a misunderstanding on a charge, Project Yourself was very understanding and we’re quick to reverse the charge. They have always showed good customer service with me.

Total rip off! Cancelled a subscription via email September got a call September told them to cancel still payments being charged to my account, rang today from WA to US to cancel again. Will only refund Dec going to fraud department to get Oct and Nov deductions reviewed...steer clear of this company

I never received the item I purchased, I have contacted the company twice to get the issue resolved but have not received any response from them. Ironically, I note from all the auto-responses from them that they suggest you email their support email to get the issues resolved. Well, I am here to tell you that I have emailed them on numerous occasions and heard absolutely nothing back from them, so I wouldn't waste your time trying to email this dodgy company, you'd have more of a chance of hearing back from the President of the United States before you'd hear back from this mob.

Everything this store sells is on amazon. BEWARE. The hidden membership. I even sent them screen shots showing that it was no where, my bank refunded me and they had the nerve to demand my bank refund them. REALLY! Someone should start a class action against this company

Project Yourself has lovely items. Unfortunately, they also have a very aggressive after-purchase marketing model. Countless "offers" after you have submitted your order for other things that you have to actively decline. One mis-click, or a computer/phone glitch when you're at that stage of the process, and you've purchased something you did not intend to. I found out about this when I had a pending charge of $49.95 which the company said is a monthly charge for a service I did not order. They claimed I took advantage of a 14-day trial of this service (which I did not do) and did not actively cancel within that 14-day period. Even though I told them I did not place that order and, further, received no confirmation of that order (which I would have cancelled immediately) they insist that the charge is valid. I will note that I did receive a confirmation of my actual purchase, so I have to think that they deliberately do not send confirmations of the monthly subscriptions. While they have cancelled the service going forward, they refuse to refund the $49.95. Needless to say, this is the last time I'll buy from them.

I have been buying from this company for a while now, and have had no problems, in fact the items I have received keep getting better and better, the last item, a rock salt lamp is absolutely stunning! I have ordered more, and am looking forward to receiving them. You do have to be careful that you don't tick the member subscription, this is what charges every month, but you can cancel this anytime, do not know wat the membership is like, as cannot afford this, but I would recommend their products to anyone! Very satisfied with this company and it's products! 2

I ordered an item from this company which has arrived but I have just checked my credit card statement and I have been charged two additional amounts totally almost $160 - what sort of scam is this?

I found out they charge me 2 times more without purchase. The same amount money I bought last time if i don't get refund about that money will report the police

I purchased a japamala and never received it. It shows as unfulfilled and nothing else, no tracking number or anything. I tried reaching out but nobody answers.

Be aware of this company I ordered something from them and it did not arrive and 2 weeks later they debt my Visa card of $50 usd without my authorisation and they don’t reply to their email BE AWARE THEY ARE THIEVES

Have never received anything from this company and have now discovered that they have been charging over £40 every month to my credit card since February 2023!
So far over £360 has been taken without my authority.
It’s nothing short of fraud so please thoroughly check your card statements as due to ill health I haven’t been checking mine as well as I usually do.

Total Scam … Just reported to my CC Company. I ordered an item, paid and then saw a new charge for $49
Buyer Beware Don’t order anything from this company.

Scam. Reporting as fraud to my credit card and the BBB and Facebook as I bought the item via an ad on Facebook. If you buy something from them they will complete your order, but then charge you again. From reading other reviews it sounds like they try to say you signed up for a membership, but the receipt I received only indicates the single item I purchased, nothing about a membership.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I ordered 2 pyramids, and 2 necklaces as gifts for loved ones. Project: Yourself processed those fees immediately, and those items were delivered last week. I just checked my bank account and another UNAUTHORIZED $49.95 was taken out of my account. I have sent them an email, and am absolutely furious. What a terrible way to run a business and scam people. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

On the 7th October 2023 I ordered 2 pyramids at a cost of $60.94. Project yourself offered a free gift with this order. I received the 2 pyramids without gift.
Today I have discovered an amount of $85,94 has been removed from my account late on 20 October 2023 when I was actually asleep. I have blocked my account. Bur would appreciate an explanation for helping yourselves to other persons accounts when they have not ordered or authorized anything?

Said prayer beads free but just covered cost of handling and before I knew it there was a $40 charge on my account and then a reoccurring charge of $9.99. I called and they said it would be canceled don't trust this company

So I ordered a pyramid from them and I was satisfied. But little did I know it was attached to a membership with a 14 day free trial until I saw 49.95 deducted from my account. So I asked them to cancel the membership and they told me that my money couldn't be refunded! But they will give me a coupon! Be very careful dealing with them because I had no idea about any membership 😕

You advertised a Tibetan prayer necklace for free just pay shipping and handling and it said I could get two so I requested a second one for my grandson. It came to $41.96. I paid for this on September 27, 2023 . Have not received them. Didn't get a email or anything from you. But you had no problem taking my money. This morning I wake to an alert that there has been another charge from you fir $39.95 called the bank to stop it and they said it was for I subscription. I did not subscribe to anything with you. I feel you are deceitful and wrong in what you do. Karma will get you for all of your wrong doings

I ordered a necklace, which I paid for and received. Now I'm being charged $39.95... did NOT sign up for anything or order anything else from them.
I want my $39.95 back and cease any further affliation from this company!
I will be contacting my bank asap today as soon as they open.
Absolute HORRIBLE way to run a business!

Misleading info on checkout regarding Om-club. Not stating how long the $1 membership is valid for. A lot of marketing emails going out but little effort in informing people about the membership fee or even a reminder that and when you're being charged. Sneaky charging $39 membership fee. Also, some of your crystals seem genuine but a lot appear fake! Either way... items/products are not worth the price being charged for. I received a cheap-ass necklace with a fake white Jade crystal. I'm deeply disappointed in the service and products for a so-called "spiritual" or "holistic business! AVOID and don't fall for their scam of sending you a free item for you to only pay the shipping fee. They do ship the item/product but the products I received are worth less than the shipping fee.
