Terrible company, no communication from them. I ordered and paid over £400 for a pair of trainers over ten days ago (26th March 2022) Since then I have been unable to contact them. I have tried all avenues that I could find. Do not trust this company they appear to be a con.

Poor quality. Possibly fake goods. Awful customer service.
The product arrived on time etc and all was well at first. But upon slipping the shoes (grey camo Jordan 1 mid) on, the seam at the back split in half leaving a gapping hole, and the stitching around the toe of the foot attaching the shoe to the sole has began to come away. I had informed project sneakers of the faulty goods and they refused to rectify the issue as I couldn’t return the goods in perfect condition so wasn’t eligible for a refund. I have messaged several times since to express my annoyance with the product and their initial response and they’ve proceeded to ignore me; leaving me with no refund having spent nearly £300 on what I’m beginning to think is a completely fake shoe.

Thank you for your feedback.
After discussing with you via email, it was confirmed you had worn the product which has resulted to the shoe becoming damaged.
As stated via email; Project Sneakers is a reseller, not a manufacturer and therefore unable to hold responsibility for the performance, durability or longevity of the products sold. We are unable to provide refunds once a product is used; if the product was not used we would accept an exchange no problem.
These T&C's were accepted at checkout when placing the order with us. In addition to this, this order was placed on 5th May 2021 therefore this complaint is just under a year from the order being placed so we assume “damage” to this shoe has been caused from general wear.
