$3500 projector was in stock…
Said the $3500 projector was in stock on the website. Took 4 days to find out it wasn't in stock actually for another 4 months. Took another 5 days to get a refund. Also never received an order status email when I first placed the order. Horrendous experience!

Absurd Shipping Charges after Order placed
When proceeded to order it was clearly stated that products selected were eligible for Free Shipping. To my surprise I just received an email with an 'updated' Shipping quote for $170, which I find absurd.
Thinking of cancelling the order.

Low expectations, boy was I wrong!
I was blown away at the value of my projector purchase. My expectations were not very high, as I knew it would be a toss of the dice buying a used projector. But I truly got what in all appearances is a new projector, and so far it's working splendidly for our church worship services. Thanks for a great product at a fantastic price and superb service to boot. Very pleased!

Incredible Customer Service
Projector SuperStore had the product I wanted at the price I wanted, which was great. But much more importantly, when there were problems with shipping, their whole team was incredibly helpful and communicative and eventually got the product to us.
