Double heart belly bar

Mixed review
I loved the lashes I got, they were really pretty. I even loved the butterfly barbell earring I got, however the butterfly broke off a few days later which was a little disappointing.

There is a form on our website which can be filled out if an item breaks within 14 days. Once the form is completed we can the go from there.

We can see that you have received your order after 9 working days, only 2 working days after the estimated delivery aim which is not a guarantee and delays were to be expected. You’ve not allowed enough time before leaving a review, we’d appreciate if you were patient next time and if you have any concerns to contact us directly through our website rather than leaving a negative review.
Hi,
We’ve checked your order and can see it was dispatched on the 5th and the delivery aim is 5-7 working days which means it’s currently only been 6 working days.
This negative review is unnecessary as you’ve not contacted us regarding your order and delivery is out of our control. However we have checked your tracking and it shows that it is in US customs. Your tracking number is in your dispatch confirmation email so you can stay updated.
Despite the delivery being within the aim, delays should be expected as it does mention in multiple places on our website that delays are likely to occur this is due to it being Christmas and a result of Royal Mail strikes.
Your order should arrive soon so please be patient.

Hi,
Your order was only placed on the 1st and was dispatched the next day. You've chosen the 2nd class delivery option which has an aim of 3-5 working days and it's only currently been 4 working days.
It clearly mentions in multiple places on our website that delays are likely to occur due to Royal Mail strikes and it being the busiest time of the year as it's Christmas.
This negative review is unnecessary as you could have contacted us on our website if you had any concerns, we have a live chat and contact us page also our FAQ page has loads of information. Additionally, if there is a delay this is no fault of ours and is a result of Royal Mail which we have no control over.

Not received my order and she dosent care
Ordered over a month ago and not received it but she is enjoying my hard worked for money! I emailed and texted her and she give me a rude reply asking me to check the stupid website for information when there isn't any. Useless. Another person selling crap

Sorry to hear that you have not received your order. However, you initially emailed us on a no-reply email which we mentioned all order enquires must go through the website due to it being a no-reply email. Which we then fully advised you on what to do but you've not responded to our previous message and done as we have advised.

Once you've filled out the relevant form we can then assist further and make a lost claim through Royal Mail.
Also, there is no need for the language you've used in this review. Our communication with you has been fully professional, your order getting lost by Royal Mail is no fault of ours. However this could have been easily resolved nearly a week ago if you had given us your order details by filling out the form which is easily found on our website.
