Ordered via their FB sale launch..Order in.. 7 days later, still not shipped..3 calls later, no update..Cancelled order--Do not use their online ordering..absolute garbage--I'm expecting them to probably be completely offline in the very near future
My kid got a gift card and chose a jersey so we ordered it together online, youth XL. Received adult XL. Sure it’s human error but a very obvious one that should have been caught. I did get a refund, but hardly any response or acknowledgment from the company for their mixup. They lost a customer and they don’t care.
Ordered a jersey they said was in stock. Got a message 4 days later they were out of stock. It still shows the jersey in stock, not sure what game they are playing. I hope i get my money back. They also won't accept my emails. Do not buy from these guys.
Garbage website, lists things as in stock but may not be, screws up shipping addresses, doesn't tell you things are on back order will have you waiting weeks. Do not recommend
Waited 2 weeks for a jersey I purchased as a gift. I contact pro life they tell me there is trouble with shipping and I should have it in 5 days. Another 2 weeks I contact again and am told it is a problem for head office. 2 days later I get a notice from my bank that I received a refund. Not one email or phone call from customer service. Would never use them again
Terrible company. I ordered 4 products online, 1 shirt came the wrong size and 1 Hat was clearly warn as it had sweat stains and hair clippings inside of it. I contacted the company for a resolution, they stated they would get back to me within 5 business days. 2 weeks after I contacted them to follow up as I did not receive any communication, they told me they were busy, and I would hear back soon. Almost a month later, no contact. Terrible customer service all around.
Bait and Switch - Won’t Honor Pricing
Attempted to purchase hockey pants for my son. Sale person helped select a pair that fit. Asked associate how much they were and was quoted a price after the associate scanned price on shelf. Went to pay and the pants were $50 more. Was told that people move products all of the time and they don’t have to honor the price. Associate confirmed that they quoted the price but they scanned the wrong price. They said that product shouldn’t have been there even though no other model pants were in that area. They said that there was a miscommunication because sales person thought I told them which model pants they were (which is wrong). Manager offered to provide a lower model pant at the price quoted by the associate. Great business practice- help customers pick out a product, quote them a price and then refuse to honor it by saying product was in the wrong location. The good old Bait and Switch at its finest. I wouldn’t do business there again. Plenty of local places to get your hockey gear that don’t have sketchy business practices.
A complete joke! They advertise items and then say nothing about being out of stock. Have sent repeated messages to enquire about my goods but get no reply. I was “blindly” notified my order has been part shipped through a third party app called “Shop” but nothing else. I’m now out of pocket and out of patience. Recently moved back to Canada and now really wonder why as customer service no longer exists here.
