I ordered 2 of the same item, which was sheep toiler roll holders.
When arrived 1 package was correct.
The other contained a package of chess pieces.
Also being 3 D printed two of the spring like supports on two of the heads of the sheep had broken off.
I have successfully glued one back in place but the other due to poor design would not glue.
Pay for what you get I suppose. But they looked decent on the photograph. Shame.
Who ever did the packaging didn’t take into account its contents.
On the plus side. They arrived promptly.

Do not buy! Paid for next day delivery it still hasn't turned up a week later, seller not responding!! AVOID!

Never got delivered as was damaged in transit - emailed for a refund a week ago and no response, will have to raise a dispute with my bank

I have not received my order. I have been trying to contact your company but no one is responding.

Absolutely disgusting

I am very dissatisfied with this product. The item is fully self-assembly, which was not made clear in the description. When I attempted to assemble it, the sheep’s legs did not fit into the pre-cut holes, and the whole item keeps falling apart.

What has made this experience even more disappointing is that I contacted Professor Prints on 30th August to explain the issues and request a refund, but I have still not received any response. Instead, I received an automated request for a review on 5th September.

Poor product quality and lack of customer support have left me very unhappy with this purchase.

Great product, reasonably priced with delivery included. Arrived on time with no issues.

Although the product looks like the photos on the website, the legs come separate to base. The legs didn’t slot into the holes cut in the base. All of the legs had to be filed down to make them fit. Once they were filed they clicked into the base and were secure.
Delivery was very good and the product arrived quickly.

I have sent in a complaint and asked for a refund and have heard nothing back. Do not do business with this company is my recommendation.

It is also interesting how my 1 star original response on here has somehow magically disappeared. Strange that !

My family and friends all love the Sean the Sheep toilet roll holders, in fact I'm about to order some more
