The product is fantastic as a first time user it's exactly what I'm looking for, however royal mail took 6 days to deliver due to sending my package around the uk I will update my score on the next batch 👌

Got a vaporizor and not what they state in the instructions.
You only get 3 go's before it needs changing and then you have to wait for over a hour to fully charge again there are a lot better 1s out there so save your money and buy 1 that will do and not what they pretend to say it doesn't do.

I was recommended to Professor Herb by a friend. Their website is user friendly and my orders have arrived when expected, 100% of the time. The product itself stands head and shoulders above anything else I've tried over the years. It's nice to buy a smooth hemp mix that isn't brown. Longevity of the product is also pretty good. No complaints from me, it really has helped me get off tobacco.

The vaporiser was delivered at the time they said it would, my only gripe is that I can hardly read the instructions on how to use it.
So i took a photograph of the instructions to enlarge and the product doesn't do what it says to power on, to use 1st time.
I'm basically winging it to get by.

Cant say enough how much I enjoy Professor Herb - all the products are of an excellent quality and I have found with each new product I try - I am pleasantly surprised at the quality. Having tried out stuff on Amazon - I was not expecting Professor Herb to be much better - and it exceeded my expectations.
